Peeling

Peeling - To "peel" is to make a point for another ball, either on a roquet, croquet, or tight-ball shot. For a player to peel another ball, the object ball must have clearance. Any point(s) made for an object ball where there was not clearance will not count, but play continues with no foul after replacing any cannoned balls. Any point(s) made for an object ball where there was clearance do count, and any balls cannoned are replaced before play continues.
