       1. to promptly disclose to the employer in writing all inventions, discoveries,
           developments, innovations and computer programs (inventions made), in whole
           or in part, by the employee during the course of or in relation to the Employee's
           employment with the Emplyer, whether concieved or developed during working
           hours or not, including but not limited to inventions:



    a)   resulting from work performed by the Employee or any employee of the Employer for
          the Employer;
   b)   relating to the present or contemplated business _________________________;

   c)   resulting from the use of the Employer's time, _______________________   or work
         facilities;
   d)   ________________________________________________________________.

   2.   to assign and hereby does assign to the Employer all the employee's interest in and title
         to inventions required to be disclosed by _________________________________.

   3.   to execute at the Employer's request, whether made during or after the Employee's
         employment

        the Employer or the Employee's successors in title to obtain any registered copyright,
        design, patent, or any other industrial property rights whatsoever.
