| Goku is THE main character in Dragonball Z, Dragonabll GT, and Dragonball. He is the leader of the Z fighters and is one of the strongest. |

| Krillan is one of the main characters because he is Goku's best friend and he has been in Dragonball since the beginning, but he is not very strong. |

| Vegeta is close to THE main character also. Him and Goku are similar in strength but Vegeta is not a good leader like Goku is. He is also the King of planet Vegeta, which is where the Saiyans originated from. |

| Tunks is Vegeta's son and he plays a pretty big role in Dragonball Z. He is very strong and is from the future. He and his father trained alot together. |

| Bulma, you may not know her very well but she is one of the main characters in Dragonball Z. She was even in the regular Dragonball series and is Vegeta's wife. |

| Piccolo is Goku's rival so he as a main character in Dragonball Z. Although he isn't as strong as Goku, he can still put up a pretty good and if he unites with his other half... he becomes almost as strong as Goku. |
