| To order a pattern by mail is free. All you pay is $2.00* shipping and handling. To place a classified ad is based on the timeframe you choose. For patterns, fill out the invoice form, and then submit it. You will be emailed an invoice via PayPal withn 3-5 hours during operating hours. (M-F 8 a.m. 8 p.m. EST) All orders sent over the weekend will receive an email on Monday. Please check the invoice for accuracy. The invoicing process is secure. You will not be providing any payment information when submitting the order form. When paying the invoice you receive via email, you will be transferred to PayPal's website to a secure page. You'll enter shipping information then payment information. You have the option of opening a free PayPal account. Choosing to do so will make future orders from Shelly and any other website carrying the PayPal payment option much faster. Once Shelly receives confirmation of payment, then she will pack your order and ship it out by the next business day. Typically, an invoice is sent within an hour after you place your order; if you pay promptly, your order will be packaged and shipped the next mailing day. Shelly sends all customers an email with notification of date shipped. Shipping insurance is only available to full items purchased such as quilts, or books. When placing an ad, fill out the form with your info and your ad info, then proceed to the order form page and click the desired timeframe. The buttons are preformed for your convenience. No invoice to wait for. |
