Mighty Math Quick Tips for MAC

 

4 Components:

·        Zoo Zillions (K-3)

·        Carnival Countdown (K-3)

·        Number Heroes (3-6)

·        Calculating Crew (3-6)

 

To Add Teachers and Students:

·        Click on Class Setup

·        Click on Teachers tab at the top

·        Type name and click Add

·        Highlight Teacher’s name

·        Click Students tab at the top

·        Type student’s name and click Add

·        Repeat above step for all names

·        When finished, click Exit

(use same general steps to edit Teachers and Students)

 

To access programs:

·        Click on Sign In

·        Click on teacher’s name

·        Click on student’s name

·        Click on a program

·        Click GO!

 

To access Teacher Options:

·        Hold down Option + Apple + A

·        Preferences tab allows you to choose general settings

·        Activity Settings tab allows you to assign different levels for each student or you can click “Apply to All” if you want every student to be assigned the same level.  Click Topics for a detailed description of the levels.  You probably DO want to check the box to remember progress from session to session.  You probably DON’T want to check the box that allows the student to access Grow Slides.
