1990-1991 On special secondment to the Ghana Police Service as Instructor in Social Psychology and Current Affairs. Supervisor: The Director of Education, Ghana Police Service. Duties: Drawing syllabi for various grades of in training Police cadets. Teaching responsibilities in Social Psychology at the Police Depot. Presenting Papers on Current Affairs to Police Officers on Refresher course at the Police Communication School, Accra.

The Effects Of Positive-Negative Teacher Interaction On Children's Social Preferences And Academic Task Performance. Supervisor: Dr. E. Segbefia. (The study aims at assessing the impact of punitive and nonpunitive measures involving humiliatory remarks and praise remarks directed at pupils aged between 8-12 years as teaching techniques and the effects observed in children's performance in academic and non academic social tasks).

(The study aims at eliciting the factors identified as leading to organisational decline in the manufacturing sector in Ghana and the implications of the findings for existing theories of organisational decline).
