For third and fourth passengers in the cabin, the additional charge per person would be:

The itinerary begins and ends in Rome and as we have discussed, we can make arrangements for your entire group to be picked up from the airport (are you all going to fly in together?)


Perhaps we can make arrangements for the entire group to spend 1 night in Rome pre cruise ... all at one hotel with a special dinner arrangement... the next day, everyone will be transferred to the ship (in Civitavecchia) to begin the cruise!!

In each port of call, we can make private arrangements so that you are not paying huge excursion costs for each passenger... more to discuss on this!!


if you decide to go ahead with this, we would need to pay a deposit of $ 450.00 per person within 3 months of booking. If you would like specific cabins or for triple or quad cabins, we would have to give the full deposit of $ 900 per cabin within 30 days of booking.
On May 26th, 2006, we would have to finalize all the details!! Should anyone have to cancel, the deposits would be refunded. For the passengers who are going forward with the cruise, we would have to make final payments and start submitting passport numbers, dietary preferences, seating for dining (early or late dining), etc, etc. Lots of details to discuss and I want this trip to be PERFECT!!!

Air -- many will have points and some will have to buy air tickets. Its early enough that we will get in on all the deals to be had!! Actually, air tickets are not available until 300 days prior to flight so that means we'll have to wait until October to confirm air arrangements!!
