SWEET little BUSI

SWEET little BUSI
is a twelve page illustrated children's book written and illustrated by Marc Boone and edited by Zal Nkosi.
Below is a summary of the book.

Sweet, little Busi lives deep in the bush with her mama and baba. They were such a happy family until one day Busi went to look for berries and got lost.

Her mama and baba couldn't find her anywhere. When night fell, Busi was so scared. She cried herself to sleep.
But luckily a wood spirit from the bush found her
and granted her magical powers
while she slept.

The next day,

Busi woke up to find that she could

understand

and chirp just like the birdies!

Busi made friends with the
birds
and they helped her find

her way back to her mama
and baba.

So if you hear the sounds of birds chirping,

look where it's coming from.

It might not be a bird at all,

it might just be

sweet, little Busi!
