Creamy Beef Tacos
Brown beef, drain. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Add cream cheese, chilies, and taco sauce. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Fill taco shells with beef mixture. Top with lettuce, cheese, tomato, and sour cream.
Texas Tortilla BakeBrown beef and onion; drain. Stir in tomatoes and next 4 ingredients; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Set aside. Place tortilla chips in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Spoon 2/3 of beef mixture over chips. Spread cream cheese evenly on one side of flour tortillas; sprinkle with chilies. Fold in half; arrange on top of beef mixture. Spoon remaining beef mixture on top; cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until melted.
Bubble Pizza
Brown hamburger; drain. Quarter the biscuits; mix with hamburger and sauce (and other optional toppings). Put in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
I don't freeze this but what I do is use frozen beef crumbles and frozen sausage to prepare it. This comes together very quickly when you don't have to fry the meat.
