The Best Chocolate Cake I've Ever Had
Preheat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs and
liquor; beat until smooth. Add cake mix and pudding mix; mix well. Stir in
chocolate chips (batter will be very thick). Pour into a greased and floured
Bundt pan; bake for 60 to 65 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean.
Cool for 15 minutes. Then remove from pan.
Frosting:
Mix together until smooth. Frost.
Puppy Chow
Melt chocolate chips and butter (I do this in the microwave). Stir in peanut butter. Gently add cereal and mix. Toss with confectioner's sugar. (An easy way to do this is to dump the mixture in a paper grocery sack and then pour the sugar on top and shake.)
To freeze: Put into little bags and freeze.
To serve: Eat frozen or let thaw and then enjoy.
