The day you had to leave 
It came much too soon 
Now I feel incomplete
Like a sky without a moon

My heart is crying
For you to return
But you're already gone
That, I must learn

I'll never forget
The person that you were
I will always remember you
That is for sure

Now I must go on
But I'll leave a message with you
To show you that I care
To show that my love is true:

Like a flower to a tree
They never ever part
That's how close you'll always be
You'll always be in my heart
