Field Day 1999

The main tent for the KVARC Field Day 1999 event.

Note the base of the 60' tower that is holding a VHF vertical, 3 ele. 6m beam, and our 80m inverted V.

This is the tower and main tent, in the background you can almost see the 40m loop.

We had fullwave loops for 40m and 20m, and an A-99 vertical on 10m.

This was the first Field Day exercise for the new club. We had about 5 people involved in setup.

We ran a 3A station and scored a respectable 1,566 points with 483 contacts.
