Gopi Shyam Rastogi retired as a senior lecturer from D.A.V. College, Kanpur, India
and is leading a retired life in his ancestral city of Lucknow.
His research interest was in American literature. He has been involved in creative english
writing on philosophical and general topics. He has also written stories for children.Some
of his poems have been published in regional journals in India and have fetched appreciation.
