| Your first half champion Fing_57 had a stellar first half. Fing_57 competed in all 14 events, finishing in the top ten 12 of 14 times, of those 12 top 10 finishes, 10 were 7th or better and 8 were 5th or better. Fing also won 2 races, capturing the checkers at Bristol and California, and 2 poles as well, at Michigan and Martinsville. Fing finished the first half with an incredible 12 top tens in a row, after having some tough luck the first two races and DNFing. After being only slightly behind with 2 weeks to go, Fing had two strong runs and finished 3rd at the very tough Sears Point road course, and 4th at Atlanta to seal the championship.
