On this page for the first time we make available to everybody the parts sheet for an ongoing project. With these details we are going to include as many pictures as possible so that people might have a better idea of how it will look at the end. |

|
We are going to start this list with the audio/video install first. Then we will introduce the interior, followed by the body work and performance peices. The end goal is to turn the W-body cutlass into something that rivals european cars, without any permanent modifications. Everything put into this car will be reversible, which is something that you can benefit from if you like to change your installs every season for show. Our goal isn't to do this car for shows, although it will attend, we are doing it as a daily driver and demo car. |

Our a/v install will utilize the stock mounting locations for the speakers and headunit. The in-dash PC will be mounted in place of the driver center option in the center console below the climate controls. The Audiovox screen will be installed in the dash above the dvd player. The sub box is farily slim at only 12.5 inches deep. Frees up a lot of trunk space over a conventional box or a custom fiberglass install. |

Suspension |

For the suspension we are trying to emulate european ride quality with available bolt on parts. We are going to use an airbag strut system from airbaggit.com. We are also going to replace the rear spring with a composite spring from Flex-A-Form. We are gonna install a GM front strut tower brace, and upgrade the front sway bar to a GM 34mm unit. In addition to that, we are also going to install an Arospeed lower rear floor bar in a titanium finish.
For the brakes, we are going to upgrade the front and rear brakes to EBC pads and rotors..
The wheels are going to be upgraded to 18x8 Alba Temper C wheels with 225/40R18 Cooper Zeon 2XS tires. |

For the interior we are going with a quality, comfortable interior setup. The front split bench will be replaced by the buckets found in the sport package, and the rear seat will get a console put in. The front and rear seats are going to be reupholstered in two-tone leather, black and blue. The door panels and side panels are also going to be reupholstered in leather, also with blue and black. The dash is will be repholstered as well. We will be using carbon fiber inserts thorughout the interior. We will have inserts for the console, dash, and trim. We are also going to replace the carpet with a fresh one from Auto Custom Carpets, and we will install carbon fiber floor pads into the front. The carpet will be blue in color, as will the headliner. The trunk will also get fresh carpet and panels. |

For the electrical, we will be upgrading some of it and adding to some of it as well. We are going to upgrade the headlight wiring harness, for the light upgrade listed in the lighting section. We are going to install the power door locks that where an option, we are also going to install the power windows. We are going to install a remote start/alarm system, however we don't wish to disclose what type or whre it is, for obvious reasons. The most interesting item we will be installing is the H.U.D. that was an option in the 91-94 Cutlass Supremes. The last elerctrical item that we are going to install is a battery cable set that hooks straight to the battery, there is a plug in the grill, no need to pop the hood when jumping somebody, just plug in and go. |

Lighting |

|
We have several items going in or on for lighting. We are going to have custom headlights made, projector lens/reflector type, the headlights are going to be upgraded to H.I.D. units. The front signals, normally located in the grill, are going to be replaced by the bumper mount signal/driving light combo from the 2004 Pontiac Gran Prix. The driving lights bulbs will also be replaced by H.I.D. All other lightbulbs in the car, signals, tail, brake, reverse, dome, marker, will be replaced by led bulbs. There will be led underglow, as well as led light bars for the interior. Because the vehicle will often be stopping to help other cars, there will be some safety lights as well, in the form of a Whelen light bar on the roof, a Code 3 LED+ Dual side-by-side on the rear license plate, and an arrowstik (directional lighting) from Code 3 in the rear window. The Whelen lightbar includes front takedown lights (spotlights) as well as alley lights (side spotlights), perfect for stopping at night. The license plate mounted led lights are almost invisible, and the lightbar is of a low-profile design. All warning lighting is amber in color. We will be using custom built switches to control all the warning lights and spotlights, as well as the underglow and driving lights. |

And now for the go-fast parts. We are going to start out by increasing the displacement from the 2.8L to the 3.1L. The Gen II motor uses three different cranks. one crank for the 2.8L, one crank for the 3.1, and a strengthened crank for the 3.1L turbo. We will be installing the strengthened crank, as we will be installing a factory turbo. The factory turbo on the Gen II motors is a Garrett T-25. Stock, the 3.1L turbo runs at about 6psi. We will be installing a Jeff M. TopGun 160 performance chip, which will increase boost to about 10-12psi. We will also install a crossover pipe from Jeff M.
We will be upgrading most of the engine components. We are going to install Crane Cams Gold Race roller rockers, Crower hydraulic Mileage Beast/Performance Level 2 cam, Sun Automobile Hyper Ground and Hyper Voltage systems, Bosch Platinum +4 plugs, MSD DIS ignition system, MSD coils, MSD wireset, MSD, 160amp alternator, the new Cryo2 intake cooler, fuel bar, and intercooler sprayer, an Optima battery, and a transmission cooler.
From RSM Racing, we are going to install a 62mm throttle body, which is good for 10hp, ported heads, which are good for up to 25% more airflow, ported upper and lower intake manifolds, which provide 18% more airflow and are matched to the 62mm throttle body and the ported heads, and a polyurethane upper dog bone motor mount.
After the rebuild, we will be running the motor on 91 octane or higher, and we hope for a hp level of at least 300, and hope to get as much as 28mpg city and 39mpg highway. |

We don't have a lot planned for the body. We are going to install a bodykit from Erebuni, a custom carbon fiber trunk lid and a custom carbon fiber hood with a NACA duct built in. The NACA duct will aid in venting engine heat, as well as be where the turbo blowoff and CO2 purge will vent. We are also going to tint the windows and install a factory sunroof. |
