Blue Seed 2 Sneak Peak:
By popular demand (your e-mails do count ^_^) and bugging and stuff - I have included this brief section for those who ask me about Blue Seed 2 (Is it worth buying? Is it good? Who's in it? Ect.). I haven't seen the whole thing so my knowledge is not all there, but here's what I know so far:
Summary:
The Blue Seed gang goes to the fahboolose city of San Francisco. However, a new Aragami threat arrives and decides to wreak havoc on the hapless city. Once more it is up to the Terrestrial Administration Center (TAC) to stop it. Momiji and Kusanagi's relationship is put on hold as rest as the rest of theTAC is scrambling to try to find a way to get rid of the new Aragami meanace. Susanooh is still in his deep slumber, so who could be causing this all this commotion?
A mitama-endowed girl named Valencia Tachibana (raar.) then enters the scene and also causes problems for the TAC and Momiji. Momiji and Kusanagi's relationship is put through the ultimate test as a sort of love triangle forms. Tachibana herself is not who she appears to be.
Like any other Blue Seed episode there is more of the same tried and true formula of love, monsters, and an abundant amount of fan service (yeeeeii!). If you liked the first Blue Seed then try looking (or like, petition it to be released or something like that) for BS 2 at ADVfilms or at your local import store.
Rating: I would say Blue Seed and Blue Seed 2 are about PG-13 because of the minor violence and its almost-hentai type fan service.
What I thought about the whole thing: If I had to grade Blue Seed 2 , I'd have to give it a 7 or so out of 10 because even though Blue Seed kicks ass, Blue Seed 2 did not really do much in terms of being more creative (besides the new hairdoos and stuff. Not to mention Momiji's uhhh...growth.). This is a plus for those who really liked Blue Seed 1 and wanted more of the same. But for us who like to keep things fresh, then Blue Seed 2 simply did not do much in that aspect.
