| This sequel takes us once again to the kingdom of Marl, years after Cornet's adventures first took place. Thirteen years after the original game's time, Cornet Espoir married Prince Ferdinand and has born a daughter she named Kururu, like her puppet friend. Her rival Etoile has had a daughter as well, named Crea, short for Crateur Rosenqueen. Kururu and Crea, now 12 years old, have become best friends and decide to leave their home town to go in search of a "Prince Charming" as their mothers once did. While adventuring in a forest, they're attacked by a dragon. A mysterious young man, Cello, appears and saves them, only to later make fun of Kururu's "pumpkin panties". A fateful meeting...? Like most japanese next-generation RPGs, Little Princess features voice acting by famous video games/anime seiyuu (japanese voice actors). We can't neglect mention some of the renowned names on this cast: Maria Kawamura (Jung Freud in Gunbuster) as Kururu, Ikue Ootani (Pikachu in Pokmon, Merle in Escaflowne) as Crea, Yuri Amano (Mary in Tales of Destiny) as Etoile, Ai Orikasa (Ryoko in Tenchi Muyo, Ayame in Sakura Taisen) as Cello, Kotono Mitsuishi (Usagi in Sailor Moon, Misato in Evangelion) as Sonia, or Hiromi Tsuru (Madoka in Orange Road) as Akuujo. While voice acting isn't that unusual for RPGs lately, Nippon Ichi, as humble a company as it may be, has been able to gather quite a remarkable casting on the game - more notable than the first game's casting. Also, it is worth mentioning that the voice actors will perform songs during the game. There are now 15 songs in the game, while the original only had 8.
