| Even the smallest running back can run over the largest defensive linemen. The factor that allows for this is called momentum. You do not necessarily need the largest amount of mass as long as you have a large amount of velocity. Emitt Smith is not the largest of running backs yet he has enough momentum and blocking to run over some of the largest d-linemen. |
