Triple H vs. Kurt Angle Feud Done Posted by Mitch Newton on October 16, 2000 Look for Triple H and Kurt Angle to be temporarily taken out of their respective storylines after No Mercy to continue and subsequently finish, their feud at the Survivor Series pay-per-view. Since their match at Unforgiven, both Triple H and Angle have just moved on to feuds with Chris Benoit and The Rock respectively despite the fact that they had spent months on making their feud "the hottest thing currently in wrestling", which many people believed it was. The WWF are feeling that there's a lot of "unfinished business" by not reaching a proper conclusion to this angle, so it's a big possibility that we will see these two faces off again at Survivor Series just to round things off, allowing them to resume their current feuds. Lita is expected to defend her Women's Title against Jacky or Ivory, and The Acolytes will more than likely challenge Test and Albert for a match. - Insiders are speculating that Kurt Angle vs. The Rock this weekend will have a huge impact on many angles, and the direction of the World Wrestling Federation. If Rock wins, look for him to get involved in the Austin/Rikishi feud, possibly teaming with Austin, and putting Rikishi on to the World title scene. If Angle takes the World Title, he would be expected to restart his feud with Triple H, and the two would feud into next year.
