Triple H is outside waiting on Steph. Where could see be?
(ED: Why have Triple H and Steph never came to the arena together? This marrige was on shaky ground from the start!)
X-Pac comes along, he told Triple H to chill out, that Stephanie was in good hands! Triple H wasn't amused.

Triple H is talking to Road Dogg. He tells him that Steph is a big girl and can look after herself. Kurt Angle's music comes on and Triple H rushes off.

Kurt is on the mic. He's talking about how brave it was of him to come to the ring to fight, even though he was clearly injured.
He goes on to talk about Triple H hitting his wife. Kurt always thought Triple H was a shady character. Triple H was a lousy WWF Champion and after last night (SummerSlam) he's an even worse husband.

Triple H is on the case, he wants to know where his wife is. Kurt says, with a smirk, that he doesn't know. Triple H threatens Kurt again. Kurt says that as an Olympian he always tells the truth. He suggests that maybe the reason Steph hasn't contacted him is that she is scared of him. Maybe she doesn't trust him, or maybe when he punched her he knocked some sence into her.
Triple H snaps and knocks Kurt right out of the ring.

Backstage, Chyna says she feels sorry for Triple H. Eddie Guerrero can't understand why.

Michael Cole questions Kurt Angle in the locker room. Kurt says he can't remember anything, although he remembers being in a hotel, Stephanie was there, it was her room, A-14.

Chyna comes in and talks to Triple H about relationships. They then hug, just as Eddie Guerrero walks in. He pushes down Triple H.

Kurt finds Guerrero, he tells Eddie that he should fight for his woman and challenge Triple H.

The match takes place and when Triple H is about to hit the pedigre Kurt Angle comes in and plants Triple H with a chair. He gives Eddie the same then gets out of there as Chyna comes in with a chair.

Smackdown

Stephanie has returned and is on the mike as we start Smackdown. She wants to dispell the rumors and tells us that she was at her brother Shane's bedside.
Kurt comes out and shows Steph what she missed on RAW, that it Triple H hugging Chyna.
Chyna is next out saying it's not what it seems and treatening Kurt Angle. Kurt shows where Chyna was consoling Triple H instead of Eddie Guerrero after they had both been layed out with a chair. Which of course Kurt did for Steph's honour.
Chyna gets in the ring and her and Steph go nose-to-nose until Kurt gets Chyna from behind and gives her the Olympic Slam. Eddie Guerrero comes rushing in and Kurt and Steph leave, together.

Triple H arrives, when he gets to his dressing room he sees Kurt and Steph there together, he chases off Kurt. Stephanie asks him why he hugged Chyna. Triple H is pissed.

Chyna and Eddie Guerrero go to Mick Foley looking a match with Kurt Angle. Foley tells them that Triple H wants a piece of Angle too, so he makes a Triple Threat Match. Eddie, Triple H and Kurt.

Kurt meets up with Steph. He tells her that 'the kiss' was just one that a good friend would give another. Steph says she needs space. Kurt is okay with this and tells her that he'll always be there.

Triple H and Steph are arguing again. Triple H says that him and Chyna are just friends like Steph and Kurt. Steph says it's different because they have a history. Triple H starts yelling about Kurt Angle ruining their relationship. Just Joe is standing at the door and overhears all the shouting.

Joe tells Kurt Angle about the noises he heard coming out of the McMahon-Helmsley dressing room. Kurt runs off.

Kurt finds Stephanie and asks her about the fight she had with Triple H. She assures him that Triple H did not hit her.

Triple H is apologising to Stephanie and they seem to be all made up when the 'boys in blue' come in and take Triple H away on a charge of spousal abuse.
Mick Foley decides that it'll be a one-on-one match and that Steph would have to be in Kurt's corner.

Kurt and Guerrero wrestle a good match.
Chyna is on the apron. Kurt throws Eddie into Chyna who falls and tops her IC title in the ring. Kurt nails Eddie with the belt and gets the win.
Chyna comes into the ring and so does Steph. The two women eyeball each other again then as Steph is leaving the ring Chyna grabs her and gives her the "WORST DDT IN PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING".
Kurt pulls Steph away from further harm and carries her to the back.
