| Report - 27th November 2000 RAW is WAR By Robert Pasbani Raw is War starts with Kurt Angle coming to the ring and running his mouth. He talked about how "innocent" people are being hurt and its getting out of control. He cited some things such as him getting chokeslammed of the stage, Triple H being dropped from 40 feet in a car from a forklift and Austin giving the ref a stunner. He said they have to end this. At this point Mick Foley and Debra came out. Mick told Kurt that he couldn't agree with him more but that he is a hypocrite cause Stephanie interferes in all is matches. Mick then tells him that Rikishi will be fighting in a number one contendership for Armageddon match against the Rock tonight and Kurt will be fighting an opponent to be named later. Backstage, Kurt, Edge, and Christian contemplate who Kurt will fight tonight as they see Undertaker walks into the building. Kurt says that he won't have to face Undertaker if he has anything to do with it. What is Kurt up to?? � Backstage, Kurt talks to Kane about his family and seems to be trying to instigate something with his brother, Undertaker. � Rock and Rikishi fought in a number one contendership match to determine who will face the champion at Armageddon with Kurt Angle on commentary. The match started fast and furious but soon slowed down and came to a complete stop when Rock hit a belly to belly suplex on Rikishi. After they both came up, Rock hit a spinebuster on Rikishi and locked in the sharpshooter. At this point, Kurt got up and knocked Rock of Rikishi and hit an Olympic Slam. Rock won by DQ. After the match, Rikishi hit a Bonzai drop on Rock. Backstage, Mick Foley is looking for Kurt Angle. �Kane took on the Undertaker. Undertaker was set up for the Last Ride but Kurt, Edge and Christian came out and they all beat on Undertaker and left him in floored on the mat. Backstage, Mick is waiting in Kurt's dressing room when Kurt and his buddies, Edge and Christian, come in. Kurt tells Edge and Christian to leave. Mick tells him that he is disgusted with his interference in two matches tonight right after complaining about that very thing. Kurt tells him that he has learned a lot since being in the WWF and he will do anything to keep his title. Mick then tells Kurt that he will be fighting Steve Austin tonight. Kurt becomes livid. � Backstage, Edge and Christian are pumping up Kurt Angle and Rock attacked them from behind. Officials broke it up and Mick Foley threw Edge, Christian and the Rock out of the arena and told Kurt to go get ready for his match. Steve Austin took on Kurt Angle for the Heavyweight championship. The match started with chain wrestling and Kurt dominated. Kurt then went to the outside of the ring and taunted Austin with his gold medals. Austin then got a headlock on Kurt and more technical wrestling ensued and Austin started to take control. The match then made its way to the outside as Austin rolled out. Kurt then bounced Austin's head on the stairs and the announce table and Angle took control of the match. The match went back to the mat and Kurt hit a few suplexes and continued to dominate. The technical wrestling soon ended as Austin took control and bounced Kurt's head on all the turnbuckles and then took it to the outside where he hit it on the stairs and the announce table. Austin continued to dominate the match as it made its way back to the ring. Stephanie McMahon then came out and Austin gave her the finger. Austin then hit the Stunner on Angle. Angle then went for the pin but Triple H came out and broke it up. Angle was DQed and Triple H continued to beat the hell out of Austin and ended the beating with a neck breaker on a steel chair set up by Steph. SmackDown Foley isn't happy about the current affairs in the WWF especially with the World Title contenders. He decides therefore to make five number one contenders and proceeds to intorduce tham all: The Rock, Undertaker, Steve Austin, Rikishi and Triple H. He tells the all that he'll sort it out at Armageddon in a 6-man WWF Title Hell In A Cell Match! (ED: Fuck!) Kurt comes out. He can't believe this, he thinks Foley has lost it. Just before they all leave Triple H brings out Steph and announces that it's they're one year wedding aniversary. Something else Kurt can't believe (ED: Me either). Kurt's speaking to Foley backstage, trying to get him to change the match. Foley is having none of it. All night Triple H and Steph are having their little aniversary party backstage withvarious 'guests' coming in. The interesting stuff happens when Steph is all alone while Triple H is in the bathroom. Kurt comes in. Kurt tells Steph that he doesn't know what to do about Hell In A Cell. He asked her to be in his corner for the match. Steph says that Kurt has done really well without her this past while and is still the World Champ, but that she has to be with her husband now. Kurt tells her that he understands and they embrace (ED: yeah!). The look on Kurt's face is priceless, a great hug until; a flush is heard in the other room. Kurt jumps a mile. Triple H doesn't look pleased. Kurt and Steph make the excuse that he was just wishing her happy aniversary. They shake hands and Kurt leaves. Classic K&S promo. |

| Kurt, Edge and Christian took on Taker and Rock in a handicap match. Kurt took Taker apart with some great supplexes. Rock finally gets in and gives Christian the RockBottom. Kurt breaks it up and gives Rock an Olympic Slam. The ref is outside and by the time he gets back in the Rock has recovered enough to kick out. Undertaker manages (ED: Some how) to get the LastRide on Kurt for the win. Prediction for Armageddon? Maybe not, but which way will Steph go? |
