Week Beginning - 11th September 2000

Kurt Angle is backstage in Mick Foley's mobile office. He says that tonight he is going to do what Triple H failed to do, defeat T&A in a handicap match. Kurt feels however, that Triple H should have to face someone as well. Foley agrees to give Triple H a suitable opponent, as long as Kurt Angle is quiet.

Backstage Triple H tells Stephanie that he doesn't want her out there during his match because he doesn't trust Mick Foley.

Triple H's suitable opponent turns out to be Chris Jericho (ED: Yeah right!).
During the match Stephanie comes out, againest her husbands orders (ED: funny stuff!). Kurt Angle comes out, he tries to take Steph to the back - for her own safety! Triple H gets out of the ring and tries to get Kurt away from Steph, meanwhile X-Pac has attacked Y2J in the ring, causing Triple H the DQ.

Kurt Angle is now squaring off againest T&A. Triple H and Stephanie watch from the back. Triple H is getting such a kick seeing Kurt Angle getting beat upon that he doesn't notice that Stephanie has left.
Kurt is thrown outside the ring where Trish Stratus kicks him. Steph runs out and goes after Trish, but Test grabbed her and was going to give her a powerbomb when Triple H ran out and made the save. He and Kurt then 'cleaned house' before going for each other. The two where brawling away, sending refs flying. Triple H was going for the pedigre when Stephanie came at his from behind. Without looking her elbowed her in the head. Kurt hit Triple H and he fell and landed on Steph. The scrap continued -
Steph had found her way onto the apron on the outside, just as Triple H reversed an Irish whip sending Kurt into Steph, knocking her to the ground.
Triple H was tring to carry Steph out, when again Kurt nailed him, sending them both to the cold steel ramp.

Backstage, Steph has an ice pack on her head and Foley comes in. Triple H says he wants Angle. Mick says the match will be at Unforgiven and that he will be the Special Guest referee.


SmackDown
Kurt Angle's music interupts Mick Foley's talking (ED: Foley, Rock, Beniot, 'Taker and Kane where having a 'grannies meeting' about something or other). Kurt apologises and says that WWF Championships can be won or lost at any time, not like Olympic gold medals, which forever brand you a winner. The important issue here is Stephanie (ED: I know that's right).
Kurt goes on about how last Monday Stephanie was brutally assualted by her husband, Triple H. Kurt shows the footage from RAW and says that he may not be able to control his anger until Unforgiven.
Triple H storms out and goes straight after Angle. Mick Foley jumps in between and holds Triple H back.
Foley says he know Triple H wants to take Kurt Angle apart but they have to wait until Unforgiven. So tonight Triple H and Kurt Angle will team up againest T&A. If either man refuses or tries to get physical with his partner the match at the up-coming PPV is off.
Kurt says that this is fine but asks for one more stipulation: that people should not get physical with their spouses..
Triple H goes for Kurt, but Foley is there to stop him again.

We're in Foley's office with the Commish and Triple H. The 'jealous husband' wants to know why Foley held him back when he was going after Kurt. He says that he can't get in the ring with Kurt Angle tonight without wanting to tear him apart. Foley tells Triple H that he wants him to tear Angle apart, but wait until Unforgiven, because Foley wants to be the ref.

Ringside: here comes Triple H, without Stephanie. Michael Cole tells us that Stephanie is in the building. When Kurt comes out the two start trash talking.

Kurt Angle starts in the ring. Triple H is laughing as Kurt is getting nailed in the corner by Albert. There are a few rough tags during the match and a bit of arguing.
Stephanie comes down to the ring during the match. Kurt tries to tell her to leave but then just smiles to himself.
Test is about to charge Triple H in the corner, but Stephanie grabs his leg. Trish comes over and pulls Steph to the ground by her hair. Kurt goes down to check on Steph, Triple H grabs Kurt and is about to deck him, but can't (ED: too weak?) because of Mick Foleys stipulations (ED: oh yeah). Test sneaks up from behind and gives Triple H his Full-Nelson Slam and pins for three.
Kurt leaves, up the ramp, laughing and smiling, while Stephanie goes in to check on Triple H.
