RAW is WAR
The Rock comes out. He gives Kurt credit for winning HIAC (ED: Finally, a nice gesture from Rocky). Rock then challenges Kurt for the World Title tonight. Kurt declines, but offers a tag match, with E&C against Rock and anyone else. The Dudleys come out and the Rock says it's gonna be a table match.
But maybe The Rock will choose Option B and go at it right now. A brawl breaks loose in the ring.
Tag Team Table Match. Kurt, E&C verses The Rock and Dudleys. As with any of Rock's matches it takes something from the outside to get involved, in this case tables, to make it exciting. A number of near-misses, Christian, Buh-Buh Ray and even Kurt, but Rock gets a Rock Bottom on Edge to win it. Dudleys follow up by driving Christian through one too.
Kurt Angle is in the arena. He's here to speak about the leadership situation in the WWF. Kurt agrees with Vince that Foley should leave (ED: of course, Dad!). Kurt calls Foley a Hungry, Horrible, Hypocrite. It's true! That brings Foley to the ring. Foley tells Kurt to shut his mouth. Foley calls Kurt a cry-baby, and goes on to make excuses why he shouldn't quit. Foley says it would be worse if McMahon were in charge (ED: I doubt it).
Ah, here is Our Goodwill Ambassador, William Regal. The European Champion agrees with Kurt and furthermore William says that Mick lets the Hooligans like that "Toe-rag" Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock. Foley tells them that they'll get a chance to get back at those who besmirched them. So, it's going to be Kurt and William (ED: What a team) against Rock and SCSA.
Stephanie is backstage looking for her dad. She tries a number of times to try and speak to him, but he doesn't want to. She goes to the ring and calls him out. Vince comes out. Steph does a whole bunch of crying about her mom and dad breaking up. Vince takes the mic. He tells us about the past with Linda and her being a "Good-time Girl". Vince says that Linda only loves his money (ED: I get that too). Vince says he can see similarities between Stephanie and her mother. Steph used to be daddy's little girl but now she is just like her mother a "spoilt little rich-bitch" (ED: oh, that may be going a bit far there Vinny!). He chases her off, Steph is in tears.

William Regal and Kurt Angle are set for the Tag match against the Besmirchers. William and Kurt make their way to the ring accompanied by Kane. The Big Red Machine is sure to become involved and does when he pulls Rock over the top rope and stops an attempt at a people's elbow. Angle and Regal take these opportunities to beat up on Rock, but Rock manages to get a Stunner on Regal for the win.
Just as a point of interest: during the match, when Angle and Regal are on top, Mr. McMahon is shown backstage talking on the phone saying that things are looking up for him.
