I hope its not too weird to make a webpage like this, but since we've been
asked what we need for the baby, and we still have some things leftover from
Ethan, I thought it might be a good solution. Also, this will be a checklist
for Kurt and I as well. Some things are more or less detailed because of
that.

We registered at
Babies R Us, the weekend before last. You can see the registry here
http://www.amazon.com/o/registry/3J3RY8DR6VKB
We searched and
found a few things we are absolutely in love with. The car seat/stroller combo is a great example of things we really hope to stick with!
Then there are
things like sheets, pajamas, socks, and hangers that are non-specific. If
they are comfy, they're great!

Things we need
- We use Avent
bottles and pacifiers. We have some leftover from Ethan, but nipples,
pacifiers, and a few bottles are needed for replacements.
- We really need
a nice baby food grinder . I
found a good one
here .
- Baby boy
clothes. We were able to save some clothes, but remember Ethan's upset
tummy? That, and the fact that he is a hyper boy took its toll on most of
his clothes. So those are always needed! Most needed is full cotton
sleepers, onsies, sleep sacks, socks, and other little jumpers and
clothing.
- Diapers.
I used cloth diapers with Ashley and Ethan most of the time when they were
babies. But, Kurt wants them abolished. So, Diapers are needed too! (If we
got a gift certificate to a cloth diaper service that would make ME so
happy though! lol)
- Offers to baby
sit. Just kidding! (kind of)
- Stroller/car
seat combo. We found the BEST jogger stroller at Babies R Us (on our
registry). Kurt takes the kids and many walks, and our stroller is all but
dead. There is no way it would survive even to the birth of the next baby!
lol We also registered for a cheap umbrella stroller to keep
in the van (the umbrella stroller is non-specific)
- Stroller
Platform. Ethan still needs to hitch a ride on the stroller sometimes,
and will for some time I'm betting. I found this great accessory that
makes a stroller into a tandem without having to buy a two-seater! Cool
huh?

-
Glider/Rocker and Ottoman. This would be SOOO nice to have! I loved
the one I had with Ashley. I added one to the registry, but it was
non-specific (the one at Babies R Us is very spendy for what it is anyway). Anything cushy and comfy enough to rock the baby in sounds
fantastic, especially if it reclines too!
