A Game Master is Marked by (IV GM) as the first line in their profile they may put this at the end of their name if they wish.
A Storyteller will have a Gold Hammer and mention of being a storyteller somewhere in their profile
Anyone impersonating a Game Master will be kicked on sight no warnings or questions 15 minute ban "Impersonating a Ingis Viscus Game Master" These kicks are to only be done by Gold, if a Host spots an Impersonator they should Whisper Gold Immediately and inform them.
Game Masters have the power to use Ingis Viscus NPCs with Gold Permission at anytime, and the Right to use Dungeon NPCs whenever a character enters a dungeon
Game Masters have the power to describe the dungeon to the players who are exploreing it
Game Masters may not GM for themselfs
Storytellers may GM for themselfs if No Host-GM is present as long as its done fairly
Storyteller has the right to use Ingis Viscus NPCs at any time, use Monster NPCs at any given time, and Describe dungeons to players exploreing it, decide upon the Weather/Time of Day of the RP, and Change the Chat Topic
All Items Awarded to Players by a Host-GM must be pre-verified by Storyteller
