Like Music to Our Ears
Envision a world where any and all sound are rendered dull and dreary, a place that holds no soothing resonance for the human ears. No bird would twitter the beautiful sounds many have come to adore; instruments of musical pleasure would be nonexistent; children at play would wield no yelps of glee. Many sounds that are cherished would parish if music ceased to exist. Music is an essential merit to daily life. Due to the marvels of music, the prospects of expressing one self, strengthening social bonds, and broadening connections are exerted. It is a human’s way to send messages across.
A compelling way of communication is through the melodies of music. One can convey a message for which no words are suitable. Billions of musicians, whether professional or not, illustrate their emotions and opinions through the elements of sound. From the prolific composers of the past, such as Mozart and Beethoven, to adolescents of the present, nearly everyone has a method of expression through music. Not only can messages be passed on by the means of musical compositions, the types of music one listens to can tell numerous things about him or her. By communicating through the means of music, one can expand his or her voice to others.
Powers to bond people together and strengthen established friendships lie within music. Talk of the weather does not achieve what it used to, but music does. Among teenagers, music is a staple to their existence. Similar interests in bands or artists connect peers together and let one another share their thoughts. Music concerts are perfect for reunions and get-togethers. Joining a band, whether it is school or professional, strengthens connections with fellow band mates. Taking part in musicals allow participants to socialize and collaborate with others. Songs may also assist someone in apologizing to another, or asking to further relationships. Music can act as the glue that holds people together.
Music can relate to nearly anything; millions of events, moods, or information can be transferred through compositions. Through the employment of sounds, one can weave together images to remind listeners of a mood or recall old memories. Songs are extremely beneficial in memorization. Without the ABCs song, it would be a nightmare for children to commit to memory all twenty-six letters of the alphabet. Music completes the arts and incorporates our senses. People are able to draw connections between the music they hear and what is to be understood. When a harmonious melody floats through the room, one would expect peace and tranquility. Traditions have also linked certain ceremonies to specific forms of songs. Music connects many things to one another.
The glorious form of music plays a significant function in routine life and brings forth excellent merits. From music comes a form of communication, the ability to strengthen acquaintances, and the expansion of knowledge and understanding. Without its wonders, life would be boring and tedious. If music were to perish, a monotonous world would be created, and our ears would have no gratification.
