shield, karate mitts, foot and shin pads (WKF style), groin guard
(boys), chest protector (girls), Gi (obviously) and red/blue belts.
You must bring your licence and student card.

10 or 12oz boxing gloves, foot and shin pads, head guard, wraps and clothes!

As usual we will have a stall at Fresh and members
of the club will be more than happy to tell you anything you want to know
about us. Don't worry if you can't make it, you can always contact a
