Yellow Belt - Kickboxing

1. Front punch to head, turn back fist

2. Outer block, back punch to head, turn front hand back fist.

3. Front punch to head, outer block, back punch to head.

4. Same as no. 1, but stepping forward first.

5. Same as no. 3, but stepping forward first.

6. Front foot round kick to inner thigh, step down.

7. Front foot round kick to stomach, step down.

8. Front foot double round kick to inner thigh and stomach, step down.

9. Move back open hand head block, back punch to stomach.

10. Move back low block, then guard up and back punch to stomach.

11. Move back inner block across face, back punch to stomach.

12. Move back outer block across face, back punch to stomach.
