As KURDISTAN players entered the field, they realized playing BARO while fasting during ramadan,Muslim's holy month, won't be easy.
The game started at 11AM and the opponents (BARO) seemed pretty tough. Wasting no time, BARO attacked and scored early in the game; 7th minute. About 20 minutes later BARO made harder for KURDISTAN by scoring another goal. First half ended with the score 0-2, BARO with the lead.
Because of Ramadan, KURDISTAN players couldn't quench their thirst and they spend the half-time just setting up and organizing the positions and plays.
Second half started and it was a pure battle for both teams. About half way through second half, KURDISTAN had a penalty kick as Sulaiman, Sulaiman was tackled in the 18-yard box. Sulaiman took the shot and amazingly BARO's keeper saved the shot!
Nothing was going right for Kurdistan. The game ended with the score 0-2, BARO with the victory. This was the second scoreless game for KURDISTAN; DEPORTIVO JUTIAPA was another team that beat KURDISTAN with a shutout.
