Well- informed sources at the Iraqi opposition told the Saudi
daily al-Watan issued on Monday that high ranking officials at
the US President George Bush administration started their
contacts with selected figures from the Iraqi opposition to be
acquainted with the observation on the performance of the
former US administration in dealing with the Iraqi file.

These circles noted that President Bush's administration has
started to make a comprehensive review for Washington's policy
towards Iraq, including ways of dealing with the Iraqi opposition.

The circles added that Bush's administration stressed through
two high ranking figures in the Congress who organized the
contacts that the new US administration will be more interested
in the Iraqi file than the former US administration.
