Chairman Neteiro Name: Netero
Description: The head of the Hunter Association. He is responsible for everything that happens in the tests. He is fair-minded and he doesn't care whether or not he's raising good guys or bad guys during the Hunter Exam. He is always level-headed, but he is also fun. He even played ball with Gon and Killua (in one way of saying it) and showed very impressive skills.
Satotsu Name: Satotsu
Description: The first real judge to appear. His part involves a test of stamina and strength, for he made the Hunter applicants run for quite a long while in top speed and also the one who led them on the dangerous marsh. Among all the judges, he seem to be the most fond of Gon (not that they all are not ^^). He is the one who is always patient enough to explain things to him.
Buhara Name: Buhara
Description: I've always wondered why this became a Hunter *sweatdrops*. He doesn't seem to be very smart, and all he thinks about is food. But he is kind of nice. He seems to have a nice heart. He is often seen with Menchie (they are both gourmet hunters). His part of the exam involves killing a large, pig-like creature and serving it to him, cooked and everything, and they must satisfy his appetite.
Menchie Name: Menchie
Description: Temperamental and a bit of a loud-mouth. She is a gourmet hunter, together with Buhara. They specialize on food. Her part of the exam was the one where the applicants were asked to make sushi. With the help of Chairman Netero, she was able to give the applicants a second chance after they failed her first request. She wants the world to know that gourmet hunters are special in their own way and not just your ordinary cooks. She claims that most people underestimate gourmet hunters, and she wants to change that.
Rippo Name: Rippo
Description: A blacklist Hunter who is in charge of the prison tower. He monitors each of the applicants' progress and he operates the things that go on inside. He isn't as bad as he looks, he did grow fond of Gon ad the others in the end when they figured out a way to beat one of the final obstacles in the tower.
Mamen Name: Mamen / Maison
Description: Chairman Netero's secretary. He's the one who gives Hunter applicants the lectures regarding the things that they can do with the license card. He seems to be a pretty nice guy, and is always smiling.
