WHAT IS A HUNTER?
In an alternate world, there are people who are called Hunters. Hunters are people who have passed the Hunter Exam, a test that is said to be so hard that only one out of ten thousand applicants pass. But the price one can have by the time they gain the title of being a Hunter is very deserving.
The privileges a Hunter can get lies on his Hunter Card. A Hunter Card is obtained right after you pass the Hunter Exam. It is somewhat like an ID with computer chips built inside of it, identifying the owner of the card. It also shows what rank of Hunter you are in.
Now, to the privileges. Apart from the bragging rights for being one of a few Hunter in the whole world, a Hunter can almost go and do what he/she wants to do. A Hunter also gets a whopping 95% discount on public services, like transporations, hotels, etc, all provided with the best, 1st class services. And to add to that, a Hunter can gain access to countries and forbidden places mostly restricted to the public.
What a Hunter wants to do with his card and title all depends on him. But for most adventure seeking Hunters, they join the ranks of being a Black List Hunter. Black List Hunters are those individuals who go around the world seeking out the most dangerous of criminals.
There are three ranks of being a Hunter: either you'd be a 1-star, 2-star or 3-star Hunter. One will be a Hunter by the time they pass the Hunter Exam, but their rank will depend upon how good they make themselves to be. 1-star and 2-star Hunters are obviously more common. 3-star Hunters are rare, and gaining the title is a very hard thing to obtain unless you've made a really significant contribution that will make a full impact on the whole world.
