Kurama and Acro were at it now. Kurama was dodging swinging claws and dark attacks. He was getting tired and was caught off guard when Acro faked a swing and hit him dead on with a blast from his dark circle claw attack. He knocked Kurama through five trees, rendering him unconscious. Acro now turned his attention back to getting control of the Lewej. He turned to see that the moon was halfway through setting and he ran back to find Odeda and Sam. He could see the immense light of the Lewej and could feel every muscle in his body tighten as he became overwhelmed with joy. He was so close to gaining full power. Odeda and Sam stood palm to palm over the large jewel. Both were completing a chant that would break the Lewej and divide its power equally into them. Acro stopped when he saw the two of them standing over his jewel.
�NO!� He ran and swung down to kill them both but the two moved their palms to create a barrier that forced Acro back, and they kept to the chant. Acro shook off the effect and clawed at the barrier. He struck it repeatedly, each time making Sam and Odeda�s barrier weaker. All their power and focus was in the chant and they could not withstand much more from Acro.
�It�s mine you bastards!� Acro swung one last time harder than ever breaking the barrier and sending Odeda and Sam backwards. Both of them caught their barring in mid air and bent their bodies so that they cart wheeled backward and backed flipped a safe distance away from Acro. They landed side by side and together focused their power and directed it at Acro. Their eyes were lit and their power greater than it had been when they first learned how to use it.
Acro did not notice that he was now trapped now in a barrier that was unbreakable. He reached over and touched the Blue Lewej. Electricity surged through his body and he threw his head back in pain believing that he was gaining more power. His body began to grow, his muscle and tissue were breaking, his bones were bursting through his skin and he laughed a most devious laugh. Kurama had awakened and went to aid Sesshomaru, who was barley able move his body. Kurama helped him to his feet as best he could and the two of them limped over to Sam and Odeda.
�SAM!� Kurama yelled out. Odeda turned her head, her eyes dark pink. She pointed one hand at them and imprisoned them in a time frozen bubble. Neither one could move or talk. Odeda again joined Sam, still chanting, as they watched Acro bend and twist, he was dieing and didn�t even know it.
�YES! I can feel the power.�
�Only a fool uses the blue...� Sam chanted and Odeda restated. �Only a fool uses the blue�to his own demise.� They completed the chant and the barrier broke. Sam and Odeda fell to their knees and panted fiercely. Their power had been divided and now they were at complete full strength. Acro was still standing, oblivious to his partially crushed body. He left headed towards the center of the forest. Odeda and Sam looked at one another, and then took off running. Like flashes of lightning they ran circles around Acro, laughing. Acro stood confused.
�Hey Acro try to catch us.� Sam coaxed.
�Yeah Acro, or don�t you have the strength?�
�I bet you won�t take another step before we cut you down for good.� Acro snarled at them.
�I will kill you! With the power I have gained I will destroy you and your worlds.�
�HA! We�ll see about that!� Sam jumped in the air, pulling out swords and throwing them like rapid machine gun fire, each striking joints in Acro�s knees and arms. He howled in pain and looked up with saddened eyes to treetops. He saw that the moon was about to breath its last breath. He tried to summon a portal, but had not the strength to do so. He looked up into the trees and saw Odeda standing just above him on a branch and Sam a few feet away on the ground. Odeda stared at Acro with anger and animosity, her eyes turned dark pink, her scars returned on her arms, as did the ones that lined her cheeks. Thunder clashed in the sky and lightning came down straight into Odeda. Sam opened on last portal and pulled out a sword, all metal.
�What is this? I am the most powerful being on earth. You cannot stop me.�
�Go to hell Acro.� Sam let loose the sword and hit Acro dead in the center of his throat. His eyes widened as he choked.
�Now Odeda!� Sam shouted. Odeda let loose the lightning she held within her and aimed at the sword lodged in Acro�s throat.
�Now Acro, meet your demise and die!� The lightning struck Acro directly in the throat and spread to the others that were lodged in his joints. He could not move and the wounds that were already open began to pour blood. His arms and legs began to weaken as his whole insides cooked. He coughed up blood, and then exploded into a thousand pieces. Sam and Odeda made a barrier around them and watched as the pieces of Acro bounced off and his black blood ran down into the ground below. When all was done Odeda jumped down to the ground and Sam joined her next to her side. The moon had set and Acro�s threat was no more. All the portals closed and the human and demon realm was safe once more.
