Whenever a filly is released from the sire's home he watches her from a distance, checking to see who it was who was attempting to claim her, if he was worthy enough, if his tribe is at peace with theirs. Some will run away with a discarded stallion if that's how desperate she is, but most of the mares upbringing was poisoned with hatred for most of the other tribes.
