Shugotenshi means 'guardian angel.' This site is a club/webring for people with sites. Not just any site- a site with a shugotenshi. Each angel symbolizes a different thing, a different characteristic, guarding your site from different things. The angels are sprites from various anime and video games. While your site doesn't have to be based on anime or videogames it would be a nice addition. Also, your site must look good. Put some effort into it.
