Set creative direction, managed client relationships and worked with a team of architects/interior designers/contractors to ensure on-time completion of projects.

Scope of work on these projects:

Gathering client requirements and understanding preferences
Preparation of site plans and survey drawings
Preparation of concept drawings and presentation boards
Space planning and design detailing

Preparation of working drawings (space plans, elevations, sections, utilities plan, ceiling and electrical layouts, construction details etc) for the actual execution of the design
Furniture design for the relevant spaces
Consultation with R.C.C (reinforced cement concrete) consultants and engineers and preparing structural drawings in compliance with the details provided by them
Consultation with landscape architects and preparing landscape working drawings
Providing the client with comparative analysis (including rates, quality and availability) and assisting in the selection of various materials, finishing items, security system, acoustics etc.
Managed client relationship through periodic meetings to discuss progress and design changes
Research and analysis of new materials for construction, latest lighting systems, security systems, acoustics etc.

Ø M/S Crompton Greaves (New Delhi, India): Assisted in the design and execution of the exhibition space for a national exposition’1999

Ø Secretariat building for the Government (Silvassa, India): Involved with the Interior design team and Landscape design team in preparation of municipal plans, construction and landscape details
