The Street Fighter is one of Quentin Tarantino's favorite films. He even featured Sonny Chiba in Kill Bill as a sign of respect for the Japanese actor. This is one of Chiba's best and most well known movies. Imagine Bruce Lee on steroids and you get Sonny's character Terry Tsurugi. This is one of the goriest kung-fu flicks out there. I mean, when Chiba rips off a guys balls right through his pants for trying to rape his girl, you know this film is hardcore. The fight scenes are full of cracked bones, bashed skulls, and plenty of internal bleeding. One scene that sticks out in my mind is the fight between Terry and the blind Samurai. Sonny uses a set of steel armbands to fend of a sword and ends up cracking the samurais skull with his forearms. Very cool scene. The Street Fighter is one of my favorite movies and I recommend it to anyone that likes kung fu flicks. To those who are a squeamish at the sight of blood, you might want to stay away from this movie because it's a blood bath.

When Terry and his partner Rat Nose complete the task, the mobs refuse to pay him for his services. Big Mistake. All hell breaks loose when Terry changes sides and seeks revenge for the double cross.
