By far one of the worst Lau Kar Leung movies out there. It seems
with it's cast (Gordon Liu, Lau Kar Leung, and Andy Lau) that Drunken Master
3 could turn out good even though Jackie was replaced by Willie
Chi. Boy was I wrong. This has to be the worst Wong Fei Hung movie
I've ever seen. This is supposed to be the third installation of the
Drunken Master series, but unlike the first two the comedy isn't
funny at all. If you're ready for the explosive battles in Drunken
Master II, you'll be greatly disappointed. Not even the best fight
scenes in DM3 compare to the worst in DM2. The only decent fights
involve Lau Kar Leung, but even they are somewhat dull. With a story
that can bore the paint off walls, and fight scenes that are nothing
short of average, this is a film most should avoid.

The White Lotus give the emperor a jade ring and tells him that the
ring will keep him in power. The ring was entrusted with his fiancee,
but she was kidnapped and badly injured. She ends up getting helped
by Wong Fei Hung and his father. Along with Sum Yu, Fei Hung visits
his uncle and learns some new techniques but while he was there Sum Yu
broke the jade ring right before the emperors troops arrive and
capture her. Now Fei Hung and his uncle must save her.
