The Bride with the White hair is a must have movie. It's funny, I must have seen this movie in the store about 3 dozen times and never bought it. The cover made me think it was some love story crap. It wasn't until I read a review for it that I decided to give it a try. Man was I glad I did because this movie is terrific. It's almost like modern Chinese Shakespeare mixed with new aged kung fu flick. Awesome action and love scenes that aren't to over-the-top make this a very well rounded movie. If you've never seen Bride with The White Hair, your missing out.

The story is about two lovers that are on opposite sides of two warring clans. Ye Hang is the next in line to be leader of the Wu Tang. He isn't really interested in becoming the leader and would rather live a life of peace.

The Wolf Girl is the top warrior of the Wu-Tang's rival clan. As a young girl she was taken in as an orphan to be a warrior. The two meet one day not knowing they are from different clans and fell in love. The Wolf girl is then asked to kill Ye Hang by her clan leader, but cannot do it.

They soon fall deeply in love and vow to always trust each other. But after the leader of the Rival clan kills Ye Hang's master and frames the Wolf girl, Ye Hang breaks his vow and questions her loyalty to him.

In a rage Wolf girl transforms into the Bride with The White Hair and kills numerous Wu Tang students and hurts Ye Hang. She leaves but soon after the rival clan leader shows up and attacks Ye Hang. He reveals that it was he who set up the Wolf girl.

The Bride shows up and helps Ye Hang. With one final blow, the leader is defeated but the Bride still leaves Ye Hang behind.

In anguish, he waits on top of a mountain guarding a flower he promised he would give her.
