PSX EMULATION PART 1: THE NECESSARY SOFTWARE

yes yes, hold your applause. It took me hours to find this, sifting through ads and other related crap. If I had thought of it at the time I would have got the other scph-#### (i 4got the numbers). it dont matter, this should work neway. If you have no idea what this is, it is a Playstation BIOS which is required if you want to use an emulator which is a fancy way of saying "I wanna play PS1 games on my computer so I downloaded some doo-hickey from this odd place and now it says I need a BIOS... WHAT THE #$%& is a BIOS??!?" ok dumbass, this is a BIOS, so go on, click on it. if you dont have Winzip than you truly are a piece of work. Well, if ya want it PETES DRIVERS. There, feel better? ( yes:good no:deal with it)
ok, take a break, I realize this is boring the crap out of you. grab a pop and some caffine pills.
now, where were we? ahh yes, pete's crap. If you have not started up the ePSXe now is the time. A wizard opens up to set everything up. you have your BIOS and your Video drivers (use OPENGL). use the recommended sound drivers (even if they do suck). if you change any of these options (which you probably will) view the respective readMes for each product, as they are really helpful.
PART 2: THE GAMES
If you have a brain at least proportional to a squirrel, you have quickly realized that you cant do much with a PSX on your computer without games. So now I will explain the games, which will hopefully go quicker. Games, also called ROMs due to their .rom extention, are hard to find if you have to search, but alas! I have found all the crap for you! go ahead, send me money. ok, anyway, you will need Bittornado. This is my favorite program because you can download almost any other computer game for free right off of the internet. I digress, anyway, go to Suprnova.org suprnova.com sucks, avoid it. ok, click on games and go to Playstation (dont worry, this page isnt going anywhere, feel free to check out the other games/platforms as well). choose your game(s). click on it/them. it/they will start downloading. now, chances are you will need to download this, if not now eventually. you may get a file with the .rar extention. and now you think "what the hell? its sposed to be ROM!! .rar is like .zip, except different. so download WinRar.
when its done go ahead and click on your game and the ePSXe should open. Tweak, download, configure, and especially enjoy!
