Meditation.

Meditation puts one in touch with the Divine Self; this creates in one a sense of fulfilment and happiness.It purifies thoughts and rids the mind of fears and anger, can lower blood pressure and energises the body.

Meditation concentrates and empowers the mind, it stops it from jumping from one thought to another, this makes the mind more receptive and intuitive.

With the practice of meditation we learn to absorbe, compute and act appropriately at the right time. We develop a capacity for work, service and creativity. ������
