Genkai is one heck of an awesome woman. She's so strong-willed, respectful and did I mention STRONG?!!! In the series "Yuu Yuu Hakusho" she is Yusuke Uremeshi's spirit-wave teacher. Although Genkai and Yusuke may not have the "perfect" teacher-student relationship, I love the way they still care about each other and most of all, have the utmost respect towards one another - that is, when they're not quibbling over her strict training. Genkai's character was mostly revealed during the Dark Tournament in the Spirit World. I also got to catch a tiny glimpse of her beautiful, young face at the tender age of 22, when her spirit energy was at its peak. Her beauty was amazingly heavenly and beyond comparison. It's especially hard to be beautiful with pink hair I think. Take for example Rini from "Sailormoon" or Utena from "Revolutionary Girl Utena". I can't really say they even compare with Genkai. As one of her devoted fans, I decided to make a small but meaningful tribute to her!! Her personality, beauty, and intelligence ALL surpass those of other women heroines in ANY other manga! I respect her strong mind and her NO BULL attitude. When I grow up to be an old lady, I would hope to be just like her.
