The 3rd. Kudumba Yogam was held on Friday, 05th. January, 2001 at the Indian Sports Club , Dubai. There were around 150 attendees, whereas the earlier get togethers had around 200 people. The Function started with a Prayer, Bible reading and went on to Introductions and a group photograph. Then came the lunch break, followed by games for children, women and men. The last entertainment item was a round of Tombola which was played with much enthusiasm. Then came the prize distribution for the various games and the get together culminated in a vote of thanks and a prayer. |

| As part of the constant upgrades on the Kudumbam web site, several new features were added and a new look has been given. A guest book has been added which will give visitors an opportunity to pen their comments or leave short messages. |

This year's Kudumba yogam was held in the Eat & Drink Party Hall near Garhoud Bridge in Dubai. As usual, there was the regular prayer, games, speaches and family introductions, of course followed by lunch. Attendees was around 100 members. Reverened Achen of the Dubai Marthoma Church was supposed to attend, but could not make it due to unavoidable circumstances. As usual, requests were made to the concerend people about providing us with more information on the families, history and members, so that this website could be kept updated and more and more people could use this as a more effective medium of communication. Infact, a few of our kudumbam members living in other parts of the world have come accross this site thru search engines and were happy to see something like this. Hope we can get this going again! |
