Today September 4th, I got a chance to stop by the Maui War Memorial Field and check on the field progress. The field is looking better and better everytime I go by and take a look. Completely gone are the brown spots, and the field looks even greener. Looks like the field will be ready for the big event on Maui. They even have a few other sprinklers running off the field to brighten up the field for Saturday. The way things are going its going to be in great shape.
I missed out on a chance to see if George and the Gang where there, but I got in a little late and missed them. Hopefully I will get a chance to catch up with them on Thursday and get a few group shots.
This year I did nt have a chance to go to the any of the practices but this year at least I can provide you with a Field Report. Hope to see some of you on Game Day. Check Back in a few days with another update, and hopefully get a chance to see George and the Gang.
