| Sunshine through the Rain In memory of Mike Fox June 6., 1990 You touched our lives in many ways like sunshine through the rain And we never knew that sad sweet smile was there to hide your pain. To everyone who knew you you brought laughter through the years and we had no way of knowing that your laughter hid your tears If only you had let us in beyond your secret smile maybe we could have eased your pain for just a little while If only we could have seen the sadness in your face but you kept it hidden well without a single trace. And now you're gone away from us and there's no chance to let you know how very much we miss you and how much we love you so But somehow I still do believe that all along you knew and you've never really left us For in each of us is you. So we take the happy memories and try to ease our pain and we'll treasure your sweet legacy of sunshine through the rain. |
