Profiles:: Balthameul Ta'Garon

- History:
After his wife and 7 kids were murdered by his brother Jameelja, Bal took off in search of the killer, loseing an eye in the process. Upon his travels he was given the gift of godhood, at the time he thought it a boon, and went out in search once again with renewed vigour. After killing Jameelja he had nothing to live for, and sought a means to end his life and join his wife and children. After trying numerous methods and failing each time, he gave up, believeing his imortality to be a curse. Bal is unfortunetly, the butt of many crule jokes. The lates being his trapping inside a small child body, and being tepmorarily stripped of his powers.

- Relationships: (in Kuja's words)
Balthameul and Kuja share a relationship that's far too complex to sum up. They have been through so much together, their company with each other has heightened and surpased friendship, family and lovers. The later half of their relationship has been violently hostile, but i leave out the word enemies for i believe the pain just adds to the greatness of their history.

No matter what happens i believe the two will always love one another, even if they never say it for the rest of their lives.

As best friends they were drunk and merry.
As best friends they laughed and held parties.
As best friends Kuja would do anything for Bal.
As best friends Bal gave Kuja wings with the words "You remind me of my son from so long ago."

As lovers they only kissed.
As lovers they needed each other.
As lovers they were vulnerable.

As master and slave the hate started to rise.
As master and slave they both started to change.
Balthameul with his emptiness.
Kuja with his malevolence.

With Kuja's help, Balthameul has been having a hard time getting married to his fiance, Drucilla.
