National Cadet
Core (N.C.C.)
The College has a N.C.C. Unit with strength of 54 cadets. At the time of service interviews, the candidates with N.C.C. certificates are given preference. Also the student in this scheme can get a gracing of 10 marks if he fulfills the
number of parades as per the rule.

secured 3rd rank in Maharashtra (R.D. Parade)A.T.C. camp of 10 days at PANHALA in Oct 2002 with ANO- Prof. R.D. Dalvi and Cadets.
- - CATC camp at Satara for 10 days with ANO and Four cadets
- - ATC camp at Kolhapur with 10 cadets
- - NIC camp at Bhusawal with ANO and 6 cadets
Our NCC unit has successfully organised the following activities for personality development of students:
- - Three cadets have successfully trekked Rangnagad on 7th Dec. 2000.
- - Three cadets successfully passed B certificate examination in B grade held at Kolhapur in Feb. 2002.
- - Three cadets have successfully completed Annual Training Camp at 109TA Batalian Kolhapur.
- - Two cadets secured the 1st prize in "Tent Pitching Competition".
- - Annual Training Camp was held at Salashi, Kolhapur from 21st Dec. 2002 - 30th Dec. 2002.
The performance of our cadets in the Annual Training Camp is as below:
- 1st Prize in Advanced Shooting Competition.
- 1st prize in Quiz Competition.
- 2nd prize in Drill Competition
- 2nd prize in Hag Area Competition.
- 2nd Prize in Tent Layout Competition
- 2nd Prize in Tent Pitching Competition
- Three cadets have successfully passed C certificate examination on 27th June 2003
- One cadet was selected for RD Contingent Camp at Delhi on 26th Jan 2003
- One cadet successfully participated in the rally in Honour of The Chief Minister, Maharashtra State organised at Navy Nagar, Mumbai on 21st Nov. 2002.
