Kubrick was a hired to film the scenes of Lincoln where he grew up, they were filmed in Kentucky.
He may have worked on other episodes, but I have never found anyone who has seen the shows since they originally aired to discuss them or even confirm this one.

The TV series was live mixed with pre-recorded film footage.
A 100 minute documentary on the series Omnibus: Television's Golden Age was shown in 1999 and released on VHS in 2000.
