MIYA AND KAI

It's 8:10 in the morning at Shoji High. Kai walks in the corridors of the School, which are not crowded yet. As usual, she is early. She goes upstairs to find her locker, put some of her stuff in it, and then head toward the Room 24. Around her, students arrive progressively as time passes.

8:20, Miya is late. She rushes inside the school and take a few seconds to open her locker, hopefully on the first floor. She thanks god for being so lucky to start with Chemistry on the second floor (and not too far from the entrace). She is the last one of her class to enter the room 22, and sit down.

Kai smiles. It's a really strange and funny school. In her class, there is a bunny girl. She doesn't know many of the student yet, since it's her first year here. But she likes the place and the people she have met yet.

Miya will have Algebra class just after this one... (OOC : like Umio and Naoko). Today's Chemistry class is really boring, so she quietly wait for the next class to come, scarcefully listening to what the teachers has to say today.

KAIN AND JADEL

"I HATE MORNINGS!" Kainjest screamed out while running through the halls, obviously uncomfortable in the uniform, and obviously quite late. The situation wasn't made much better when he slammed into Jadel.

"Kain! KAINKAIN! KANDY KAIN!"

"Shut up... just... SHUT UP!" Kain dashed around Jadel, running as fast as he could to his first class, with Jed right behind him. While running through he halls, he pulled his flute out of his bag before dashing through the door to the Instrumental Music class. "SORRY I'M LA-" He couldn't even finish those words before Jadel pounced on him.

"HIIIIIIII!!!!!!!"

"Could you be any more annoying?"

PORTIA

Portia walks quietly through the halls of SHS, holding her books to her chest. She's been through these halls before, but she's noticing alot of new faces.

She makes her way up a flight of stairs and walks to room 24 on the 2nd floor, French class. She enters the classroom and sits down (infront of Kai), yawning slightly. She glances round the classroom and feels kinda embarassed, because she's the only bunnygirl, catgirl or anything of the sort in the class, probably the whole school.

She feels many pairs of eyes on her, and this happens every day. She blushes, slides down in her seat and her ears droop a little bit. She sighs a bit and taps her manicured fingernails on her desk, waiting for class to start.

SANDI

Looking in to the halls, Sandi notcied as all the kids ran to there classes. She loved her frist class "Music is the most wonderess class in the world....well then again art is too." She smiled as she walked alone, talking to herself was no big deal, there was no one in sight anyways. "But then again why the heck do we have to wear such uniforms?...Grrr...it makes me look so..." She spoke to herself. She pulled one mirror out of her purse. "It makes me look pretty!" She smiled again. Bushing her hair with her fingers as she walked. Her guitar hanging in the back of her with its stap acrossed her shoulder. Her placed her mirror back in the purse. The bell rang in the back of her. With that she contunied a jog to the door. "Dang! i'm late...." She opened the door and notcied two students blocking her path. "Excuse me.." She blushed. "May i get passed your love affair...i really don't want to get in trouble...on my frist day and all." She laughed.

KAIN AND JADEL

"DAMNIT JED! GET OFF OF ME! I ONLY LIKE CUTE GIRLS LIKE-" Kain heard Sandi and looked up at her. "Like... like... her..."

"WAAAAAH! KANDY KAIN DOESN'T LIKE ME! WAAAAAH!"

"SHUT UP AND GET OFF ME! IT'S TOO EARLY FOR THIS!" Kain finally managed to squirm free and dashed to his seat, ignoring the teacher's incredibly annoyed glance. Jadel just slumped towards her seat, tears flowing from her eyes. That lasted all of... three seconds before she was bouncing around again.

KUZU

Kuzu-chan ducked in order to fit her heinously overtall hair into the room; she enjoyed art as one of the few redeeming human contributions to the world. Although her class apparently had no teacher, she enjoyed it nonetheless, and began to draw fish and octopus and her childhood pet, Spicky the sea-cucumber, on her paper.

"I do long for the seas," she said wistfully.

MAOMI

The Geometry(*japanese) class was very boring. Not that Maomi whould have any problem with Geometry(*japanese). Actually is was exactly the oposit. This class was quite easy.

She was spending all the time drawing some ideas to her notebook.

JEANNE

Jeanne waltzed into the art class, her large backpack quickly shifting to her other shoulder. She didn't seem phased by her burden as she sat down at a stool at the same table that Kuzu was sitting at. She looked at the paper with intrest and smiled. "You're good." She stated simply. She brought out her own pencil box and some paper and begun to work away at drawing a large mecha.

"So..." Jeanne paused, looking down at her mecha with loving eyes. "What's your name?" She asked, breaking the ice.

SANDI

Looking into the class, as many students played different intruments, Sandi smiled. Wow! this is where i belong...hehe!! Other then the fact the two characters on the floor was a pretty great performace to start the day. She thought to herself. She smiled as she took her seat in the back. She really didn't know anyone so she felt kind of bashful toward the others. They seemed so different, then again everyone is not the same. She sighed as she crossed her legs and pulled out her guitar. She scaned the direction at the boy that was on the floor when she entered the room. He seemed the kind that keeped to himself also. "Wait a second! Did he say i was pretty....?" She blashed as she spoke under her breath. "Me pretty..right! in these cloths...whatever." The thought, a hansome guy like himself, would say that she was pretty made her smile. "Hehe!! i'm just going to forget." She blushed. One student looked and smiled at her as she spoke to herself. Sweatdrop! "Hehe!! sorry." Grabing her guitar in her hands and placing it in her lap. "I wonder what kind of music we will be playing?" She leaned back in her chair.

KUZU

"I am Umino Kuzu," she said, carefully checking her posture- it was a necessary evil of her land-walking existence, lest she tip over from the weight of her hair- as she drew. "Your attempt at artistic expression through the typical air-breathing egotistical humanist technological design is admirable."

JEANNE

Jeanne raised an eyebrow. "Thanks... Your artistic deception of underwater animals is cool too." She placed her pencil on the table and stuck out her hand in a friendly gesture. "I'm Jeanne, Jeanne Nalia." She said with a small smile.

KAIN AND JADEL

Jadel didn't even wait for the teacher to start with anything before pulling out her clarinet, holding it wrong of course, and playing the more horrifically off-key melody anyone had ever played before. Not only was it impossibly off, it was also incredibly painful to listen to. Kain, who had seated himself next to Sandi, quickly covered his ears while curling into a ball.

"Please... make it stop... it hurts..."

KAI

"Hi" whispered Kai to the bunny girl with a smile. "I'm Kai. I'm new here, and you ?" With her glasses, her look, Kai was used to being 'not so popular' in her previous classes. Usually, she was a little shy with people, but everyone was looking strangely at the bunny girl, and she kinda felt 'like her' at the moment. That's probably 'why' she dared to greet her this way.

BATOU

Batou was in the classroom, bored to death, looking at the guys and gals in his class. Most of them were listening carefully to the teacher, except one. A girl. Kinda pretty. He smiled. She was drawing...

At least one of his buds was as bored as him. He cursed his mentor for having him go to school like that. This school uniform sucks, he thought.

MAOMI

Moami continued to draw her plans, full ignoring the teacher, when she noticed the spiked hair boy looking at her. She smiled back to him for a moment then dropped her pencil and looked around. The teacher was looking at them two with a severe face. She smiled back to him, too.

KUZU

Kuzu recognized the handshake almost immediately, and gave Jeanne a firm one. "It is not painful to meet you."

BATOU

Ignoring the teacher, the guy smiled once again and said, low, "I'm Batou, and you ?" The teacher was still looking at them, his face now slightly angry.

ANDAIS

Andais walked in with a sigh. She looked around the room to see if anybody she knew and liked was in the room but couldn't see anybody. She walked to the back of the room and took an empty seat. Andais, not being the very talkative one, slipped out heer notebook and began drawing. She stopped for a second wondering about her classes and looked at it specifically looking for drama and drawing. Great she smiled slightly, I can hardly wait. She leaned back in her seat and continued to draw.

MAOMI

"Hi! I'm Maomi!" She said, looking back to Batou and bending her head down.

" I'm happy to know. " The teached said. His face was full angry now. "I hope that I'm not interrupting your date."

PORTIA

Portia stared at the girl who'd spoken to her, and said,

"Uhh, I'm Portia. I'm not new, I've been at this school since grade nine," she smiled nervously, "Kai's a nice name."

She laughed pathetically.

"You look pretty nor--" Portia stopped herself and said quickly, "Umm, so you like French class?"

Portia looked this girl over and thought, 'She looks smart.'

CORDI

Cordelia Eastwood walked through the front doors of SHS, only a couple minutes late. This was her first day, and even though it wasn't the best impression to make, Cordi didn't mind. She looked down at the map of the school clutched in her hands then began walking around, trying to find Room 24, French class.

'This school is so damn huge,' Cordi thought angrily, 'Why did THEY make me go here? What's so good about it? Besides the fact you can get lost in it?'

Cordi looked down at her uniform.

'And how ugly this get-up is.'

She was wearing the black, oversize sweater with the school crest, the black/gray/white pleated skirt ('No more than two inches above the knee! Ha!' Cordi thought disgustedly), black knee socks and black dress shoes.

'I look like a freak.'

Cordi finally managed to find the French room, and she walked in, looking around defiantly. There was no point in doing that, though, the teacher wasn't even there.

'This school is so SLACK!' she thought.

Cordelia looked at the class, then moved to a seat which ended up being beside a black-haired girl (Andais). She looked at the girl, watching her draw for a couple minutes. Then she said,

"This IS a French class, you know, not Art."

JEANNE

Jeanne smiled and recieved the shake fully. "Not painful to meet you either." She said politely. She could tell that Kuzu was definately not from around these parts. The wings Jeanne's head flapped idly as Jeanne rested her chin in the palm of her hand. "So... What made you come to this school?" She asked innocently.

ANDAIS

Andais lifted up her head to look at the girl sitting besides her. SHe smirked lightly and looked the girl up and down with a small look of disgust.

"err, right princess... femme ta gorge, cafard," she said with a glare and went back to her drawing.

She was frustrated that she had been interrupted and that the girl had to interrupt her with such a meaningless comment. She combs a hand through her hair and looks back to her drawing realizing that the eyes were now the eyes of the girl sitting next to her. Damnit, she erased the eyes and began drawing them again.

KAI

"Nice to meet you Portia" whispered Kai, carefully looking at the teacher, in order to see if he didn't noticed them talking. As he has not, yet, Kai said with a smile "Yeah, i like literature, art, and languages and you ?"

"femme ta gorge, cafard"

As she was speaking with Portia, Kai particularly meticulous brain catches a sentence from a girl at the back of the classroom. And she laughed. She turned to Portia "I'm sorry Portia, i'm not laughing at you. I laugh because i catches what the other girl said. did you heard her ?"

She paused, carefully looked at the teacher once again, and commented with a really low voice "she problably wanted to say something awfull to the other girl, something like 'shut you fucking mouth up' which is 'ferme ta gueule' in french, but in fact what she managed to say is *woman* *your* *neck*, and it's nonsense"

She added "i guess she should listen instead of drawing, the other girl is right" and she smiled again. Then she commented at last "anyway 'cafard' is a really nice choice for insulting someone i guess... i hope i'll never get in trouble with these two..."

KUZU

Kuzu-chan, both enthralled and irritated at the presence of another person within her 'bubble', smiled with small, spiny barracuda-like teeth, that nonetheless glinted beautifully in the sunlight. "I have come to study humans," she said melodically, "and in order to do so I have come to this very school, for no reason in particular, and I plan on using my spare time to study the inner workings of your purely self-driven abrasive existence. I myself do not derive any pleasure from inhabiting a building that does not require the use of my spine as a load-bearing beam, but I find that the leisure time and spinal comfort of not being responsible for the structural integrity of this building would best be used for the research, dissection, and eventual ingestion of your overlarge, greasy, oil-producing, ocean-soiling, coral-reef raping miserable excuse for a species. Although I must say, the fact that you are quite obviously a machine borne of the twisted mind of a man obsessed with birds and Siren from one Final Fantasy 8 does not deter me from wanting to study you as the product, if not the child, of such a man. I do hope that you will consider joining the Underwater Politics Club, as perhaps you may realize that our totalitarian system is much more efficient and lucrative than Japan's legislature and economy." Her towering hair gleamed like the ocean waves as she spoke, reflecting tesselations of light upon the walls. Her maritime beauty could be unmatched by anything that anyone had ever seen above, or below, the waves.

CORDI

Cordelia wrinked her nose.

"Make me."

She looked Andais over and muttered, "Freak."

PORTIA

Portia said, "I'm into French.. Art is okay, too." Portia listened to Kai talk about a black haired girl sitting in the back of the class, and she laughed when Kai mentioned the part about it being nonsense.

"Yeah, the other girl is -- Whoa, she's a bunnygirl too! Look at her ears!" Portia whispered.

ANDAIS

Andais rolls her eyes and smirks lightly. It looked like she got the reaction she wanted to from her. She just wanted to bother her a little. Whatever.

"Hmm.. technically I can't MAKE you do anything," she chuckles lightly. "At least not without getting expelled."

She winks at the girl and looks back to her drawing.

"and ha.. sweetie, who are YOU calling a freak?"

BATOU

"Sorry sir" said Batou to the teacher "It's my fault" he said that with the voice of someone bowing in front of someone else, but with his eyes looking straight into the eyes of the teacher. "I don't want to hear either of you until the end of this session. Understand ?" shouted the teacher. Batou nodded. And the teacher resumed his lesson. Batou wrote down on a piece of paper "I'm sorry. I did not want to make him angry at you. I'm new, i just want to make friends" and gave the paper to Maomi, thinking "he said he did not want to hear me, and i haven't talked" with a smile.

KAI

Yeah, that's fine with me" said Kai, with a tone clearly indicating that she usually did not make any difference between normal human and cat-people or bunny-girls or whatever. "I like this school, there are so many different people" she pointed out "I guess i'll be really well here"

MAOMI

Maomi was pretending to be very interested in the class, but just when the teacher was looking to them. She had enough time to handle a note back to Batou "No problem. I'm new here, too. Lets talk after class. Maomi "

BATOU

Soon, the note was back to Maomi with something written on it "i'll be glad to talk with you after class" and when Maomi looked at Batou, he has a big friendly smile on his face. The class was still boring, and the teacher really severe, but he was glad to be able to make new friends here.

JEANNE

Jeanne's own orange eyes flashed with mild anger. "Don't call Tou-san twisted..." She muttered under her breath. She closed her eyes and sighed heavily... for if she didn't calm down, she and Kuzu would be in serious trouble. "Not all people on land live for destroying your ocean and the rest of the enviorment, Kuzu. I may just be an artificial inteligence, but I've known and met people who use all their time, sweat, and money into saving yours and others habitats." She said, her voice sounding as an eerie calm; The calm before the big storm. She looked back down to her mecha and sighed heavily.

"It was this that started it all then." She thought, frowning deeply. She didn't usually draw mecha, usually just characters that she had created and drawn into a manga. "Tou-san was a kind man... he had lots of debt to pay off though, and so the people he owed cut a deal with him." She explained, folding her arms on the table and resting her chin in the space between. "If he were to create the ultimate bodyguard for the Don's only son, he would be pardoned of all debts." She stopped for a moment to look up at Kuzu. "So he didn't really have any choice but to make me or die." She finished.

MAOMI

She smile back to him, this was making this class more funny. The note was back to Batou with the text: "What class do your have after this? I have Chemistry" and Smiling manga picture glued on.

KUZU

"I don't recall asking about your history or your whiny opinions. You are a landwalker, and an artificial one at that- your opinions can only be as valid your inherently biased and flawed programming. Because you are a machine, your intelligence, opinions, and speech, are not the products of a thinking being so much as they are the strings of binary code used in the creation of whatever passes for your brain. The fact that you were built, rather than born, robs you of all true independant thought-- even your pathetic mechanized etchings on that paper are not borne of natural talent, they were made by a program written by the man who assembled you, and I find it both amusing and depressing that you seem to have delusions of creativity. Things like you are best used for menial labor, such as the transformation of bread into toast, the grilling of cheese, or the cleansing of the typical human's colon," Kuzu said nonchalantly. "I care not one whit for your mechanized reproductions of opinions or experiences; you are not human, and can never hope to be- this, I hope you realize, is your one saving grace."

Kuzu retrieved a large piece of bristolboard from the supply cabinet and began to paint, in excruciating detail, the flayed skins of World War II soldiers, and, just because it was on her mind, the battered and charred remains of C3-PO, strewn about the beach of a tropical island as gulls and piranha devoured both man and machine.

CORDI

Cordi raised and eyebrow. "You're scared of getting expelled? Haha, you sure don't look like someone who'd be AFRAID."

When Andais said the comment about being a freak, Cordi stood up and yelled, well, more correctly, screamed defensively,

"I AM NOT a freak, you stupid b****!"

PORTIA

Portia turned around in her desk and crossed her arms, put them down on Kai's desk and put her head down on top of them.

"Yeah, this school is okay," Portia agreed, yawning. They were supposed to be copying notes down from the board, but Portia didn't bother for once. She was intrigued by watching the other bunnygirl and the black-haired girl talk -- err -- fight.

She watched the bunnygirl jump up angrily and scream, "I AM NOT a freak, you stupid b****!"

"Uh-oh," Portia said and then sat up and yelled out, "CALM DOWN, she didn't mean it!"

ANDAIS

Andais chuckles lightly and drops her pencil on her notebook and turns to look at the girl screaming at her.

"no, i'm not really the type.. but daddykins has warned me that if i get expelled one more time then it's off to finishing school and it's much more fun when you're yelling."

She smirked, combing a hand through her hair.

"actualy," she says to portia. "I did mean it. She is a freak. And I am a bitch. Now you can't say I'm stupid cause that's wrong, but I am a bitch."

She loved the reaction she got from the girl. She loved that Cordi wasn't in controll right now. Andais isn't a cruel person, but some people rub her the wrong way. Cordi is one of those people.

"so now what are you going to do about it" she said with a smirk. "...freak?"

CORDI

Cordi raised a hand and was just about to bring it down on Andais when the teacher came up and grabbed her wrist.

"Get out," the teacher said quietly.

Cordelia pulled her wrist away from the teacher's grasp defiantly.

"Don't touch me," Cordelia muttered.

Cordi grabbed her books, turned to Andais and said, "See you."

Then she walked out.

PORTIA

Portia was surprised to see Andais speak to her, and she moved back instinctively and winced to hear all the swearing. She turned around, took out a notebook and began to copy down the notes on the board.

She really hated controversy (sp).

JEANNE

"Oh wow. That's original." Jeanne muttered, nearly glaring a hole through the wood table. 'C3-P0... Jeez. This girl comes from the ocean, but she has no right to cramp MY style.' She thought. She started mumbling things under her breath, her shoulders sagging and her head bent.

"System Run Through Commencing

Bi-Focal Lasers- Operational Offensive Memory Bank- Operational Defensive Memory Bank- Operational Input Security Code and Idenification Number- 2345-3901...6721-9053 Select Mode- 01001000101... High Speed.

All Systems Fully Operational,

System Run Through Complete."

Jeanne's head lifted, her eyes a frightening shade of crimson. She made a strange, "Ding" noise, and returned to her former self with the exception of her eerie demeanor and her eyes. "Well then," She started, her voice strangely calm, "Your drawing seems original too, what with the totally original robot and with the pirhanahs and destruction and all... Gee, Kuzu-sama, you truly know what art is, don't you?" She asked, a small smile making her lips twitch dangerously.

ANDAIS

She does a small little wave thing and smirks as the girl leaves.

"oh you can count on it," she growls.

SHe would have blocked the slap, but it was a surprise. She didn't think that she would have gone that far. She flips the page in her notebook and begins to draw something new. She draws herself being slapped by the bunny girl.

KAI

Kai watched the whole events, her mouth slightly opened and her eyes a true expression of surprise and sadness at the same time. When Portia resumed copying what was on the board, she whispered to her "i think we shouldn't get into trouble with these girls, they are scary" she paused then added "if they don't mind being thrown out of school, i do, and you should either, i think."

BATOU

"I have English :( but we have a break after that, isn't it ? :) or perhaps could we have lunch together too ?" was written on the paper when batou give it back to Maomi. He smiled once again.

MAOMI

This was too much funny. "Wait me after this class...We can have a lunch together" she wrote back to Batou. She could not stop to smile even whem the teacher was looking back to you two.

KAGOME

"What a useless map€too many floors€maybe it would have been better if I hadn't slept in€Nyaa€" Kagome yawned wandering down the hallway on the second floor aimlessly, she did get a couple stares because she was half cat. She had a long fluffy tail that she carried over her shoulder to keep it from dragging near the ground, and held her books in her other arm."Anyway it looks like it's break. I can look for my next class€Drawing is it€?"she mumbled to herself.

KUZU

"Your feeble attempts at intimidation are laughable. You seem to be unaware of the fact that you are a machine, although you seem to conveniently remember when you want to activate your silly little eye-lasers. I'm not quite impressed with your ability to emulate sarcasm, but your delivery is just interesting enough to make me not want to transmogrify your wiring into water and cease your functions. Mind you, your sudden irritation as to what I doodle in my spare time leads me to believe that you've been programmed with some kind of antagonistic streak, which amuses me greatly; I never claimed that what I am doing is high art, only that my artistic abilities are truly skills and not programs." Kuzu absently reached into her backpack and produced a frozen burrito. "Now make yourself useful and heat my lunch."

JEANNE

Jeanne glared at her, and calmly stood up. "If you were to transmogrify my circuts, it wouldn't be possible. I have no circuts." She said with a wry smirk. "I was created with only the abilities to walk, talk, attack, and defend. What else I do is self learned." She said, shrugging off the insults by the fish. "Keep to what you do in your spare time, and I will keep to mine. I'm not trying to be hostile, I'm just retaliating against insults to my family and friends. Good day, Kuzu... I hope you are well." She said, and with that, she slung her large back pack up onto her shoulders and walked out the door.

"Oh wait a minute, I forgot something." Jeanne said, poking her head back into the art room with a kind smile. She glanced at Kuzu's lunch and blinked. The lunch exploded, leaving the entire art room in messy misery. "Lunch is served, Kuzu-sama." She said almost too kindly, curtsying outside the door, and then exiting.

"Mou.... Why the hell did she have to be so lame? I was just minding my own business and trying to be nice by complimenting her art. Then she goes off and tears what I like down..." Jeanne thought as she walked down the hall. "ARGH!" She yelled, punching a wall angrily. She scowled angrily, continuing to walk with her head bent. "Dumb Fish Girl..." She muttered. Inevitabally, she crashed into somebody else who was fuming with anger...

KEIICHI AND JEANNE

Keiichi was no good at paying attention... Especially if he was in a class about a language he was already fluent in. He sat in the back row of his Japanese 4 class, rolling a pencil on his desk. "Kuso... Why did I even take such a boring class anyways?" He thought, frowning. He raised his hand and asked, "Sensei, can i go to the nurse's office? I'm not feeling to hot." He said. The teacher nodded and smiled kindly. "Arigato-gozaimasu." He said, standing up and bowing before he took his leave.

Which leads us to where Keiichi is now...

The windows were streaming with rain drops, a constant reminder of how bored he was. "If I could just find Naoko... I could just take her back to Japan with me and leave this dumb school. He bumped into a girl with a large backpack and inwardly, his anger level went higher. "Sumimasen." He said in a voice that was not as polite as he had wanted it to be.

"Sumimasen." The girl said back. He could see that she was also mad about something from the fact that her fists were balled. Keiichi looked ahead and saw a small hole in the wall. "Ja ne." He heard the girl say.

"M-Matte!" He stammered, his eyes wide. The girl turned to look at him and his eyes (if possible) widened even more. "Nao..." He paused, looking at her in shock. The girl looked at him with equally confused and shocked eyes.

"(How... How did you find me?)" She asked in Japanese. Keiichi stood there, still staring. "(Um... Keiichi?)" She asked after a while, walking towards him slowly. He hadn't even blinked in the past few minutes. "Oi..." She muttered, poking him. He was reawakened when he fell promptly on his back.

"Jeanne." He stated, apparently he had gotten over his shock. Jeanne smirked at him, walking around to his back.

"Its been a while, dork." She said calmly, her eyes had long faded back to orange. Keiichi grinned impishly.

"Oi, Nao-chan" He said.

"Hm?"

"(I don't think pink underwear suits you.)" He said, causing a blush of anger and embarrasment to rise to Jeanne's face.

"(Get away from me, pervert!!!)" She screamed, kicking Keiichi out of the window. She followed after him, avoiding the broken glass. "(So, DORK.)" She said, her hair already dripping with rain water. "(What brings you to this school?)" She asked, one eyebrow raised questioningly. Keiichi opened his mouth only to be cut off by an outside party...

CORDI AND PORTIA

Portia turned around to look at Kai, "Yeah, I know what you mean. Getting expelled wouldn't be too fun."

~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Cordi stormed down the halls of SHS, looking down the ground and muttering oaths and curses under her breath.

She walked down the hall and looked up. She saw a girl and boy talking, and strangely enough one was lyingo n the ground. She was just about to look away when the girl kicked the boy out of a window! Cordi continued her pace and when she got to the broken window, she peered out, very curious.

"Wow," she said, surveying all the broken glass, "Are you alright?"

KUZU:

Kuzu smiled as she calmly rearranged the atomic structure of the burrito into water, and enjoyed it as it splashed onto her skin. The damage to rest of the room was hardly her concern, and she smiled and the burrito fallout.

"Oh, dear," she said dryly to herself, "I seem to have pissed off a moron who can't understand that she is a machine. I have never met such a delusional power-tool. I should probably call Black and Decker to make sure that there wasn't a recall on her model... If I weren't as old and as dignified as I am, I would probably indulge in showing her exactly what she and I are both made of. But I am, and hopefully, will find someone else to study."

Kuzu recorded the entirety of the exchange between herself and the rather outspoken appliance who, apparently, had been programmed to be able to walk, talk, attack, and defend, but without any semblance of self-cognizance or grasp of syntax.

She decided to wait until class was over before she went on to her next one.

KEIICHI AND JEANNE:

Jeanne looked at Keiichi, then at Portia. "I think he should be alright..." She said with a polite smile. Keiichi groaned and rolled onto his side. "He's just being a perverted idiot, but thanks for caring!" She said, nudging him gently with her foot. Minutes later, Keiichi arose, shooting a glare at Jeanne and a smile at Portia. Jeanne payed no heed, and bowed to Portia. "I'm Jeanne... Jeanne Nalia. And this is Keiichi Oyamada." She said. Keiichi flushed darkly and bowed his head in embarrasment.

"K-Konnichiwa." He stammered, earning a light hearted chuckle from Jeanne.

"He's not very good around girls... The only reason he acts like his normal, mean, perverted self around me is because we've known eachother for a loooong time." The organic android said, patting her friend of the back.

CORDI:

Cordi stood there, holding her books to her chest. She nodded when Jeanne introduced herself and Keiichi.

Cordi smiled at Keiichi when Jeanne said the thing about being not too good around girls.

"I'm Cordelia Eastwood.. My friends call me Cordi; at least they would if I had any friends," Cordi smiled, and chuckled abit. "I'm new here, and I don't get along with people too well. Infact, I just got kicked out of class for fighting with another girl."

Cordi shrugged, then looked more closely at Keiichi.

"So, Keiichi, why do you have problems with girls? Are we *really* that scary?" she joked.

JEANNE AND KEIICHI:

If there was anyone more red in the world, they would be at Shojihs. Practically all the blood in him had flocked to Keiichi's burning cheeks. "I-" He stopped short as Cordi walked closer to him. Then he made a small squeak noise and nodded fervently. Jeanne laughed and ruffled his auburn hair.

"I feel so bad for him sometimes... Its like he just shuts down when girls try and talk to him!" She said with a large grin. "Keiichi," She started, making the flustered boy look up at her, "Maybe if you met more girls and got to know them, you would get over your embarrassment." Jeanne smiled warmly at Keiichi, who nodded and smiled weakly. Jeanne turned to Cordi.

"Its funny really... He's supposed to be this cold blooded pillar of strength for his entire family, yet he acts like this whenever a female stranger decides to walk up and idly chat with him, he gets all tongue-tied." She mused, a grin still adorning her features. Yet, there was still a glimpse of caring in her orange colored eyes.

CORDI:

Cordi laughed and stood infront of Keiichi.

"Alot of girls must try and talk to YOU, Keiichi," Cordi said, poking him gently in the ribs. "Cold-blooded pillar of strength.. I'm so sure!"

KUZU:

Kuzu-chan packed up her art supplies and made her way swiftly to Algebra class; she was not the type to waste time in the halls and took her seat.

SANDI:

Kain had just now sat himself next to Sandi, her cheeks blushed as never before. He looked so grate today. "I wonder if he looks great every day?" She told herself. Sandi then looked up to see a boy grab his instrument, playing horribly, and she covered her ears. The boy that was next to her, Kain, covered his ears fast telling someone to stop the cause. She closed her eyes the sound slowing reaching her ear drums. Opening then again, she looked upon students that fell to the floor, holding there ears for dear lives."That is it..." She said out loud as she now grabed her guiter. Grepping it in her hands in attack mood. Walking slowly to the boy. Slowly comeing closer the bell rang. "What tha?" Scanning the clock." Wow...that was fast." It seemed the boy himself packed to go. She sighed, walking back to the besk and grabing her things. She then looked back at Kain. Still having his hands on his ears. "Its...uh...excuse me." She poked his side. "Uh! its fine now." She smiled at him. Holding her books in her hand. "Well...maybe i'll see you later." She giggled. "I have to go. Bye...isn't it Kandy Kane? Or just Kain? Well i have to go...my name is Sandi Raveny bye." Heading toward the door.

MAOMI:

After the class, Maomi was waiting for Batou right at the door. "Look, this is my class schedule. I will be looking for you at the lunch time. See you." She said it, giving a note to Batou and going out fast. She was a little shy, and her face turned red easy, so she didn't wait for an answer.

KAIN AND JADEL:

"J... Just Kain..." He spoke softly before running off to his next class, praying to whatever gods exist that Jadel would not be with him. Jed, however, was too busy trying to remember her next class to be able to go to it.

ANDAIS:

Andais got up grabbing her notebook and stuff and made her way swiftly out the class. She whistles as she walks and stops off at her locker. Spining the dial to fast to read the numbers, she opens her locker and grabs her algebra 2 book and makes her way to class. She steps into the class and takes her usual seat in the back

KEIICHI:

Keiichi's fingers twitched as Cordi poked him lightly. "I... Um..." He began; the rainwater running down his face felt like hot sweat to him now due to his face. "Auuuugh..." He mumbled, barely audible as he covered his face in his hands and shook his head as if to get something out of his system.

"Cordi-san," He started, finally looking up at her. His face was vermillion as he did this. "I'm not good at talking to g-girls." He stated obviously.

CORDI:

Cordi grinned again. "Well, obviously," she laughed, "But don't be nervous around me.. I don't bite.. Hard."

She opened her mouth to say something else, but then the bell rang. "Oh, damn, I gotta go to class.. Keiichi and Jeanne, it was nice to meet you. Are you guys doing anything at lunch.. Besides, you know, eating?"

She smiled. "Meet me in the cafeteria, you two, alright? 'Bye Jeanne."

"See YOU later, Keiichi," Cordi said pointedly.

Cordi turned and hurried off down the hall and down one flight of stairs to her Algebra 2 class in room 7. She walked into the class, looked around, and immediately spotted Andais.

She smirked, and sat down beside Andais once again.

"Hi there."

JEANNE:

Jeanne smiled and waved, while Keiichi sighed heavily and massaged his temples.

"That was stressful... I thought I was going to pass out!" He cried, walking to the door leading inside. "Jeanne, aren't you coming?" He asked, his cheeks still pink. Jeanne nodded and followed closely after her ex-employer.

JADEL AND KAIN:

"JED! LET GO OF MY LEG AND GO TO CLASS!"

"But I don't wanna..."

"I DON'T CARE!" Kain shook Jadel off his leg and dashed up the stairs, Jadel chasing after him. "YOUR CLASS IS ON THIS FLOOR! STAY!" He ran higher, leaving a pouting Jed on the second floor. He dashed through the door of the Chemistry room moments before he would be late and took his seat quickly. Jadel lasted a whole three seconds of being sad before becomming hyper again and running like a puppy to her biology class. "YAAAAAAAAYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!"

ANDAIS:

She chuckles loudly with a smirk.

"Hey bunny girl. Miss me already? Yes yes I know i'm quite irrisistable so I completely understand. But if you keep stalking me I might just have to get a restraining order."

She winks and sits back in her chair looking around at people. She snaps her gum loudly a few times. She pulls out her notebook and taps her pencil on the surface to the beat of one of the songs by SLayer.

SANDI:

Sandi walked the halls. Smiling as the kids looked at her. She didn't really like beening looked at, but i came with the package when you walked somewhere that people where. Going to her locker, she pulled the lock. "Uh! Algebra 2...what a boring class." She sighed. Getting the book and running to room 7. "Ok...here we go!" Some kids haven't really sat down yet, so there where lots of seats opened. "Uh! a seat in the back...will make it easier to sleep." she laughed. Finding a seat in the back, she sat next to a bunny girl. "What tha?" She scanned the girl. "Hey my name is Sandi...wow bunny ears...thats awesome." Sandi reached for her book and placed it on the besk. "Whats up...uh! i don't know your name." she smiled again.

CORDI:

Cordi glared at the rude girl, "Stalking, my a**.. You wish. There's nothing about you that would be worth stalking."

Cordi opened her mouth to say something else but then she felt eyes on her and turned around to look at Sandi the same time Sandi greeted her.

"My name is Cordelia. Cordelia Eastwood. Cordi. Whatever," Cordi said evenly, eyeing the girl warily, being on edge because of sitting near Andais, "Nothing is up, I'm just trying to get over the fact that this chick here," she guestured to Andais, "Has her head so far up her a** she can't see what she's getting into."

KAGOME:

Kagome had been wandering the halls for quite some time trying to figure out her schedule, when a teacher came upon her. "Aren't you supposed to be in class?"

She looked up from her paper "Umyes.but I'm having trouble finding the class I am supposed to be in"

"What class is it?" the teacher asked walking over to her.

"Uhwell I think it's Chemistry 1."Kagome said glancing down at her map and schedule again.

"Oh. That class is there the one your standing by"the teacher said pointing to the room to her right.

"W..what?!" Kagome gasped "Oh.thanks."she said looking down, blushing in embarrassment.

The teacher showed her to the class "I think this one is supposed to be in your class." She sid to the other teacher then leaving.

"Your name?" the chemistry teacher asked glancing down at a list of names.

"Kagome Chunichi"she said hopefully.

"Alright your name is here. Take a seat wherever you can find one. And copy the notes on the board there."

"Okay." Kagome said cheerfully finding a place to sit, she put her binder down on the desk and took out a pen so she could start writing. She was relieved she had finally gotten to this class

KAIN:

"First day?" Kain was half-asleep and looking down at his desk where he was sitting next to the girl that was just escorted in. "Don't worry... finding classes gets easier after a few days..."

MAOMI:

Maomi looked to the late student. She wishes to wellcome her, but after the shame at the last class she choosed to be at silence, just looking at the girl and smiling.

ANDAIS:

SHe chuckles loudly hearing what Cordi just said about her. SHe rolls her eyes and yawns looking at the teacher as she begins assigning work. Work that Andi will probably never do. She combs her hand through her hair and begins doing her english homework since she didn't do it at home.

CORDI:

Cordi watched Andais work on English. "What's the matter honey, forget to do homework again?" She said in a baby voice. "Oooooh, won't *daddy* be angry."

KAGOME:

After looking around at the people in the class, Kagome blinks and looks over at Kain who was sitting there beside her "Yes it is. I just hope I can find my other classes today.."she said smiling a bit. "By the looks of it, this class is quite dull huh?...oh well I can catch a nap in my afternoon classes.."she sighed snuggling her face into her fluffy cat tail, pausing a moment "Oh I'm a rude one, I hadn't introduced myself. My name is Kagome, what's yours?"

ANDAIS:

Andais's body tenses up and her pencil snaps in two. She stared down at her drawing, dropping the pencil on her notebook. She closes her eyes for a second and then smirks opening up her eyes and looking at Cordi.

"hmm.. I pretty much don't think he gives a shit. He's dead. And I didn't forget to do it. I don't do homework at home, why would I waist a perfectly good afternoon doing homework," she laughs.

CORDI:

Cordi raised an eyebrow at the snapped pencil, then said, "Why WOULDN'T you spend an afternoon doing homework? This is, you know, a SCHOOL, after all. There is usually assignments called HOMEwork, which means, you know, you do it at HOME."

KAIN:

Kain was slowly waking up finally... well, waking up enough to start noticing more and start acting a bit more like his usual self. "K... Kain... I'm Kain..." He smiled slightly as he looked at her, incredibly tempted to start petting her like a kitty. Well... he never was good at resisting temptation... so he just started petting her.

KAGOME:

Kagome blinks, but really doesn't seem to mind at all I mean she is half cat, and cats do love attention. She just smiled and closed her eyes in content, purring quietly as to not draw unwanted attention anyway. "Nice too meet you Kain. Although I do not usually get such a greeting. I'm be lucky if I get a decent hello."she puts a hand over her moth and yawns a little, although it always did make her sleepy too being petted.

KAIN:

Kain smiled slightly while petting her more. "I don't understand why... you're a pretty kitty..." He softly scratched behind her ears "A very pretty kitty..."

KAGOME:

"Nyaa...(meow)" Kagome says blushing a little ,swishing her tail back and forth "Arigato, your a very kind person I think I like you alot."she giggles. Normally she was more cautious about letting anyone touch her, like petting. Due to bad past experiences..of having her tail pulled and people being cruel to her because she was half cat. But she liked Kain's scent so he was okay in her mind. "What are you other classes ne? Maybe we have other classes the same."she said curiously.

ANDAIS:

She shrugs her shoulders rathor gracefully and leans back in the chair.

"just because I got to school doesn't mean I want to be here or do anything that involves school. It's bad enough I have to be here in the first place.. I'm not waisting more of my time when I don't have to."

She continues doing her english homework which happens to be a 5 page essay about the book "one flew over the cuckoo's nest" and how the author uses modes of discourse.

She grabs a new pencil and continues writing. She's 4 pages away from being done.

The comment about her father had seriously hurt her, but she doesn't show it. Just another reason to hate her.

SANDI:

Sandi sighed, looking into the girls direction. They screamed at each other. Sandi began to smile, thinking how cool it was that the girls were getting in to it on her frist day. As they yelled at each other she began to laugh, holding her mouth. The teacher that was trying her best to teach, didn't mind the to girls.

"Wow! guys..coool it!...listen why don't you both say sorry and go on about your business?" Although they didn't hear her...she began to laugh again.

KAIN:

Well... We have break together, I'm sure. And lunch. But other then that I've got... Ceramics, PE, Philosophy, and then I tutor people in math... though if you don't have any of those classes... well..." Kain hugged the catgirl close while petting her again "Then at least we'll have this, break, and lunch to spend together, then after school too..." He smiled softly at her while softly petting her.

CORDI:

Cordi turned to look at Sandi.

"I'm not apologizing; she doesn't deserve my apology," Cordi said simply.

"AnyHOW, I think I'll talk to somebody a little more pleasant," Cordi muttered. "Your name is Sandi, right?"

KAGOME:

Kagome just blinks, when he holds her close to him, petting her, well this was quite unexpected for being the first day of school. "That's trueI guess..I have drawing after thisthen PE Japanesethen World cultures.those will be the better classes. But I wish this class would end already.I want to eat lunch." She glances up at him "You sure you want to see me that much? You might become tired of seeing me then." she smiles back "Well whatever, Where do you usually eat lunch? Then I can meet you there after classes." she said her tail still swaying back and forth.

ZUKIYON:

The girl rushed as fast as she could towards her next class--which wasn't very fast at that, compared to other people at the school...but it was a decent pace. Plus, running with a considerably long skirt wasn't easy, either, despite it being pleated.

~~Hurry! You'll miss Algebra, Zu!~~

"I'm running, little guy, I'm running!"

'Though, I wouldn't mind missing some of algebra 2...darn math'

Zukiyon finally made it to the door, followed by the small spite behind her

~~Watch out for--~~

too late.

*Crash*

The violet-locked "friend o' fae and spirits" smashed her head into the door, causing her to fall down in a heap at the door.

"GAAAHH...." Zukiyon hurriedly scrambled up (as much as she could wearing a long, pleated skirt) and, attempting to cast off strange glances with her normal glazed stare, she walked to a seat and sat down promptly.

~~Methinks the sensei saw your--~~

Not wanting to speak aloud, Zukiyon merely thought *with much acid* 'Like. I. Care.'

<>

The sylph (wind sprite) spoke no more, but merely winked at Zukiyon. She mouthed "Enjoy yourself" as she faded out--probably to talk to some other sylph in the building. Z

ukiyon's eyes resumed their blank gaze. 'I do believe that's the 4th sylph I've run into today...wonder why there are so many here, anyways...' She absentmindedly touched the stripe marking on her left cheek, invisible to all but herself, ghosts, faes and other spiritually endowed. 'I guess this is some kinda beacon to them...friends of either spirit world or ether world are rare to come by...'

'Still, do sylphs have to be such...airheads?' (ooc--pun intended)

*BRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNGGGGGG-UUHH!!*

'Thank goodness it's started! Now math can END faster!!'

She slumped over her desk, head almost touching its surface, her earrings clinking against the wood.
