	Member Benefits It would be impossible to list, what all of our members would consider being benefits of their membership. Aside from the involvement, fraternal bond and fellowship and charitable philanthropies, there are certain benefits that come with your membership in the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, Southern Jurisdiction as well as the Wichita Scottish Rite Center. This list is constantly growing; so call the office if you have questions or other benefits that you would like to see. Supreme Council, 33^o - Southern Jurisdiction Medicare Supplement Plan Offered by the Supreme Council, members may elect to participate. Call 1-800-749-6983. Scottish Rite Visa Card A no annual fee visa card is available to all members. The interest rate is at or below many popular credit cards. Additionally, for each purchase that is made, a contribution is made to the Scottish Rite Foundation. Contact the Supreme Council with questions. Free Estate and Financial Review A detailed financial and estate review is available from the Supreme Council. Topics ranging from: Wills, Trusts & Power of Attorney; Avoiding Probate; Reducing Income Taxes; College Funding Analysis; Long Term Care Planning; and others. Wichita Scottish Rite Center Monthly Newsletter The "Double Eagle", the Wichita Scottish Rite's newsletter, is published monthly and provides a calendar of upcoming events as well as past highlights. The newsletter is concise and easy to read, so be sure to look to it often for what is happening at your Scottish Rite. Programs and Events You'll find numerous activities, at the Scottish Rite, every month. Programs range from Movie and Popcorn nights during the summer, to holiday events for the kids and whole family, monthly dinners at local eating establishments, to formal banquets. Hot dog feeds, quarterly chicken feeds and many, many other events top the list of "favorite events" of some of our members. Watch the "Double Eagle" or contact the office. Preferred Merchant Program This program is an agreement with local merchants who provide discounts to members of The Wichita Scottish Rite. Your current membership card is all you need to receive discounts from these merchants. By utilizing the discounts from these merchants, your membership can, easily, pay for itself, every year. Contact the office for a list of these current merchants. "The Benedict Arnold Episode" We have a traveling play that makes for a wonderful 30-minute program for your lodge, school, church or civic group. Although it carries a "Masonic" theme, the overall message of patriotism, honor and duty make it appropriate for most any occasion. Return to homepage
